So I came through and they didn't have what I wanted and then they trapped me behind the person who was ordering in front of me and felt that somehow it was an insult to that person to ask them to pull forward. So I couldn't get what I wanted, I was trapped for 8 minutes, and I was mocked by the people working in the drive-thru. It was a disgusting experience and I will never be back. The manager ought to train those workers because their lack of care for the next customer in line was unbelievable. Many restaurants have people pull through so other people aren't stuck in the drive-thru. Why this restaurant doesn't know how to do that and why they insult a customers who ask for that courtesy is completely beyond me. Those teenagers were absolutely disgusting in their treatment of me. Their parents should be ashamed of themselves. Their managers should be ashamed of those employees. A freaking apology that I was stuck there might have been nice. But no just disrespect and mockery because clearly the person waiting to buy the item was more important than the customer that they couldn't serve and kept trapped in the line. I don't mind waiting if you have the item for me. If you don't have the item that you advertise and then you keep me trapped in a line for 8 minutes and mock me when I asked to go forward, you don't know how to run a business and you shouldn't be in business, even if you are making money.

Our order was perfect and for the first time in a LONG time we had a GREAT cashier! Her name is Heather W (according to the receipt). The guacamole was great, they skipped the tomatoes, like i asked... I had to take away one star because the new "Cantina crispy chicken taco" was overpriced, considering the piece of chicken in it was about the size of 2 fingers. (On a smaller hand). (Pictured below) Overall, the quality that the employees could control, was fantastic. ☺

I have never given a bad review before. The people that work at this taco bell are inept!! The line for the drive thru was long so I went inside, big mistake!! I ordered my food, sat there for 25 minutes. I finally asked where my food was, and was given an attitude by the drive thru girl. I didn't order from her, the young man I ordered from walked away from me. When I said I was done, the people making the food yelled at me and said my food was coming. Thirty minutes for two tacos a burrito. I will never go back again. I know times are tough, hard to find good employees, but these people are useless!!!!!!

My experiences here have been mostly good, and it's definitely a store to recommend. My most recent visit actually made me turn back outside, though. I was really wanting chipotle sauce for my intended order but there was none. Since items such as the potato-ritos have chipotle sauce in them as a staple sauce, I'm not sure how items like these can be properly be made to serve a customer's needs. If wanting to place your order to-go through the drive-thru, prepare to wait behind upwards to ten vehicles.

I don't know what happened to "fast food" in the last two years, but there's nothing fast about this Taco Bell. Plenty of staff...they just move a snail's pace. *edit* they gave me a free taco coupon for the wait even tho I didn't say anything. Still, save the coupons and just get back to making food, fast.

Always great service here and never have issues with my order

Great place! I don't normally leave reviews for Fast Food as it's a fairly consistent experience, but this specific location has been a pleasure to come through twice so far. We were helped by Tay both times, and she was always all smiles, joked around with us, and did a great job of making us feel welcome. Tay was training a new hire on register and she seemed to be doing a great job, treating her with patience and respect! Food was fast, accurate, and delicious. Great experience!

A good place to stop and get a quick bite to eat if you are on the road and want to get taco's.
