I've been increasingly frustrated with this restaurant and their night crew. This time was the last straw. We understand that things start getting shut down as closing time nears. However, we were told that they didn't have anything fried at 12:30am. A full hour and a half before closing. If this had meant no fries, cool. Deep friers take time to shut down, cool, and clean. But they had nothing >GRILLED<. Which apparently includes just about every damned thing on their menu. They shut down the >CLAMSHELL GRILL< for making crunchwraps, grilled burritos, chalupas, etc an hour and a half before they close their doors? If it wasn't for the continously disappointing food we've gotten from the night crew at all hours, including forgotten items, cold items, and incorrectly made items I'd let this go. But this isn't the first, or the tenth time we've had problems like this. So why have we kept going? It's close to our house and the only one open after midnight. This is the last time though. Never again with the night crew. Clean it up, this crew makes your whole restaurant look bad.

Someone hacked into my taco bell app and placed a delivery order for nearly $100. I attempted to call to have the order canceled but no one ever answered the phone for OVER 30 MINUTES. Now I get to dispute a charge with my bank because no one could answer the phone. YAY!

My breakfast was burnt to black and they wanted me to eat that. I complained on my app and got no response. Look at it, disgusting!!!

So they don’t close until 2am. I got there at 12:32am tonight and the guy tells me that they are only doing DOOR DASH ORDERS. ????? Why???? I need to speak with a manager but instead I’m going to get in contact with corporate. This is ridiculous

The cashier didn’t let me finish ordering, she cut me off mid sentence and said pull forward. When I got to the window I told her I didn’t get to finish and wanted to add a drink and she had an attitude and gave me the wrong drink cause they petty and lazy.

This location routinely closes around 12 midnight. I was told at the drive through recently that they were only accepting Uber eats / Doordash. The following two nights I used said apps and my order was canceled both times. Once is understandable, twice a coincidence, three times a habit. I get that it's fast food, but I work late and there are few options. It's annoying.

Ummm🤣🤣🤣 cheesy Gordita crunch supposed to have nacho cheese they put shredded, they put shredded instead of nacho in my 5 layer burrito aswell, I figured they were out but then I see my potatoes and they have it, but it’s missing the sour cream! the burrito was also missing the sour cream! But I know they had sour cream because it was in my volcano burrito! That was probably wrong too but I couldent tell you because it was my first time having it!!!

One of the nicer Taco Bells in the NOLA area. Staff was nice. Food was fresh, which is rare anymore. My only complaint was they way they put the tacos in the bag, so when I pulled one out, it came apart completely, falling out of the wrapper with meat and toppings dumping out. Happened with every taco. Good thing I got simple tacos. If I had alot of stuff inside, I would've been upset. Instead, I laughed it off.
