This is the best Taco Bell within a 5 mile radius. We don't even go to the one on security anymore because they aren't good. But this one mostly always has good service. Sometimes the lobby isn't stocked up with sauce and stuff,but hey they do the best they can.
This is THE BEST TACO BELL IN THE AREA. Staff is always very friendly and the food is always exactly how I order it and quality not just thrown together. Big shout out to Donald and management on staff tonight. They were obviously very busy and they were still incredibly gracious and efficient. It's rare to find a taco bell run this consistent. Thank you
Update: 10th July 2019, I went to this taco bell with my family and I have order Supreme Chalupa Combo. I am pure vegetarian. Therefore, I have replaced beef with beans in my whole order. When I received my order they gave beans on two chalupa. However, beef was added in hard shell taco. Very disappointed and very bad that we trust on restaurant that they will provide food that we ordered. This is can make big problems in our life. I will never visit this Taco Bell and I will also tell my all friends and family to not visit this store. They might not maintain food allergies rules. This is very important for restaurant industry to maintain food making process. Old Review: Quality of food is good. However, it took me 30 minuets to order items via drive through. Queue was not moving quickly. It was taking longer than ever. I am hoping that they should hire more experienced employees to work faster and quality of work. This place does not feel cleaner. They don't have good interior. I faced issues with soda fountain. Many times they have issues with soda fountain. Soda does not feel sugar or flavour of soda. They have several item eith just one dollar. They named it craving menu. I love their hot and fire sauces. I use at least 2-3 sauces in each item.
I ordered through the mobile app and went through the drive through to pick it up. I told the lady, I have a mobile prefer for Anthony”. She said we just got that order you gonna have you go around it’s gonna be about 4-5 minutes. I said it’s a lot of cars in front of me by the time I reach the window it should be ready.(just as it should be if I ordered in the drive thru). I pulled up to the window and said mobile order for Anthony. She said who? Andrew? No Anthony. She looked and another young lady with red hair and said we literally just got the order he needs to drive around it’s going to be 5 minutes. I said my food should be ready. Everyone else food is ready what is the difference? I will wait for my food. She said drive around. I said I’m not driving around. She then called the police. The police came and advised them to just give him his order. They said they are not giving me my order and said they will refund me. I have not received my return. And I will never goto that TACO BELL ever again and with tell my friends and family not to go there.
We visited the drive-through tonight, and our food was hotter and fresher than usual. Pleasantly surprised with a location that already usually meets and surpasses expectations.
The employees is the racists specific Latin manager the name Katia one women apply for the job at she discrimination only for not sopost to be going to the uniform completely only the shoes but the women she needs the job is very incredible the Latin people Hispanish people discrimination the same people the I request to petition request to from Maryland state department of labor
I love Taco Bell but the menu is always changing! Why? I miss the old favorites and am not a fan of the nee menu items! The staff is friendly and efficient! The order is accurate and always presented well! I love the location but they need to bring back the double decker and the Mexi-Melts!
Paper thin taco!!! My son wanted Nacho Doritos taco Supreme. and catonsville branch made the WORST Taco. when he opens taco shell there was not enough ingredients. $3 per taco? I thought I paid 3cents. we usually got them from columbia branch and it was always good. what's wrong with Catonsville taco bell branch?
