This is one of the most incompetent restaurants in CG, and easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Order online, because Taco Bell has their moronic "online exclusive" menu so if you want something off of that you have to use the online ordering. Get there to pick it up and it gets lost or forgotten every time I go in to pick it up. You're probably better off going to the one on Pinal even though it's so much further away.
Ordered a GrubHub order that never came. I called the store and went in to just get it myself. Once I walked in there, Linda and the crew said they were remaking my order because it was sitting there for over an hour. They even offered me a drink while I waited. These gals are legends in my heart and stomach, and kudos to them for caring when they didn’t have to.
We went here a few nights ago to pick up my mobile order, the staff are very rude especially one named Adalena, another one was on her phone while taking orders at the window. I suggest management have a talk with their employees, if they are having a bad day, they should not even come to work. I will never come back to this Taco Bell, I'd rather go to the one on Pinal, at least they are nice and are respectful to their customers.
The service was pretty good. Nathan At the counter was nice. And, at least the bathroom and lobby were clean, that's a plus. Wait times are horrible. 15 minutes, really?
I think someone made my Mexican pizza while blindfolded, didn't even bother to cut it. Obviously they didn't spread anything on top or the inside, I've been eating these things since I was a kid when they used to put green onions and olives on them. This is not how it's made
Ehhh it's a hit or miss here. Decent service with decent costumer service. Lacking proper training and procedure protocols. They have too many rude, inexperienced and lazy. Food tasted good but learn to role a burrito.
It has really been a pleasure, the past few months! Nice staff, clean store, good food! Update:061423-Store is clean and in good repair. My cashier, Nathan, was really nice and went out of his way to help me. Vegetarian Mexican Pizza was fresh and delicious. Thanks!
I have visited this establishment multiple times and I was blown away of the attitude of the staff today The way they work together and the politeness to give each customer that walk through that door today The best service I've seen ever at this location The people working today deserve so much credit for the cleanliness the politeness and the great service they provided to their customers and the one hour I sat there today just visit started at 4:30 Left establishment at 5:17 as a manager for a company myself for me to sit there and watch each and everyone work as a team today was phenomenal March 22nd 2023
