Taco Bell had it going. They were extremely busy. There is a dance club nearby that is open late, so they get a lot of cars for late night munchies. Someone decided to stand in line and want food, which for safety reasons is not allowed. Taco Bell handled it very well, even after that person was yelling at them. They kept the line moving as well, all while this was going on. We ordered like $40 worth of food, and everything was correct. Very friendly too!!
really bad service This is the second time I came here. And they completely messed up my order. When I got home, I noticed my tacos were missing items. When I call to complain nobody picked up the phone My children were upset because the tacos didn't have Sour cream And tomatoes wish i'd paid for. They had to eat them like that. I tried calling back and they finally picked up, they said I needed to take the tacos back. How do you expect me to drive right away Back when I don't live close by. And my children were hungry, they had to eat something. The woman was so rude on solveing my problem She could have offer me a refund or a partial refund. Next time I visit the restaurant. But she didn't.. If you come to this place, make sure you open up your order and make sure they have your correct order.
Very nice place. Everyone there is very nice and I've never had an order messed up. The only issue I had, (which was very small and does not effect this rating), was that the drive through window is a bit far from your car. Other than that the food is always nice and hot. Love it here!
We had been going to this taco place for a long time. This is one of the best ones around. They unlike so many of the other taco fill their tacos & burritos FULL. Its not just a teaspoon of this & a little lettuce here & there. We live in elgin but we drive to the one by the old springhill mall off of rte 31 main street. Loved loved that we were going every day when we heard the Enchrito's were back. We remember them from way back. It was just the perfect size, sauce was delicious,then we went back on last sat again. It was gone again . So it wasnt around long . It sure was good.
A good place to eat quietly with the family if it's fast food. It's a picturesque place The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. My visit was passing through but if I return to the area I would certainly return to eat there.
Horrible service! Order arrived incomplete and food was cold. When I called in the manager blamed Uber and refused to correct the problem. I got yelled at. Never ever use this place again. Not surprised about their poor rating.
This is the only Taco Bell location that doesn't cheat/rip you off in its ingredients while making your food you pay for. Also, the members of the kitchen aren't a bunch of high school kids, which, unfortunately, I've had nothing but bad experiences with thus far. I wish them well, but when it involves money, quality matters, and this location lives up to its standards.
This taco bell is ok as long as you eat there. They always forget something when you go through the drive thru.
