2 visits both horrible experiences. The first visit was an online order. For my son and I. We decided to stay and eat there. Good thing we did. 2 of the 6 tacos had no meat. (Zero) when brought to the staffs attention they laughed and said so what do you want us to do. (Wow) in the end they fixed the order. Trip #2 ordered online for my mother and I to have a quick lunch on my break together. I ordered 8 of each hot sauce. (I like my spicy). I had my mom pick it up and asked her to make sure all the hot sauce was in there. At the window she asked if it was and the gentleman said yes and proceeded to act like he put 2 handfuls in. When we took out our food we had 5 mild and 1 hot. No fire no nothing. Wrecks the whole thing for me. Second this was the chips and cheese. No we're to be found. No offense but how hard is it to read the order and place it in the bag. My advice find a different location in assuming there all way better than this one. Oh they also said I would be send coupons. I will update my review if they actually show up.

The service in Taco Bell is getting worse all around. Here are a few examples ---- No one to take order ---- App or Kiosk ask for "How many packets of sauce you want?" No sauce in bag. ---- Always problem with the order 🙄 (only 4 or out of 5 orders are wrong) ---- No name announcements ---- No name or order number on food bag ---- No napkins or spoons or forks in take-out bags. I have only one question to management: Do you want the customer to pay for food, skip eating, throw the food in garbage, and leave, without bothering any employees? If that's how all transactions are meant to happen, they're successful. Just count me out.

I went for lunch today. Always have a good experience here but not today, Staff got my order wrong, then got mad at me for telling them my order was wrong and not what I wanted. Almost bothered they had to make my order. One girl in the kitchen threw my food at the counter , and Young girl at the window seemed like she purposely wanted to drop my food from the window . Got my food and my taco was very soggy wet tomatoes all over the place, my burrito was also a mess and looked like a 4 yo made my food. Not happy get better staff who is willing to do their work. Wasn’t a busy day.. not happy !

Went through the drive through tonight and ordered a steak quesadilla and a soft taco. Everything was correct but the customer service sucked. I’ve never been treated like this at this Taco Bell before the guys who took my order didn’t seem to care and or be very friendly at all. I work in customer service and this isn’t how you treat your customers at all

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have been to this location countless times over the last 7 years and not once had a mistake in my order, where typically every other location messes up occasionally. The food is almost always fresh tasting and the shells are always great. The workers are kind and helpful, too.

What a joke. You people are simply lazy and unprofessional. Nobody in the dining area and no cars in the drive thru. I was ignored thoroughly AFTER I walked in the door and 4 people saw me. They all walked away, and I was given the "hold on" finger by a very offensive "lady". Screaming for somebody else to get to the counter to take ONE person's order. I'm so sorry I interrupted their work time to work. Disgusting laziness. All my love, a person that worked hospitality for 35 years.

Cashier Serenity V showed the upmost professionalism in assisting me with my order. She showed excellent customer service, had a big smile, handled my food with care, and had an amazing attitude that changed my day. Thank you for your amazing service.

First off, they close at 6:30pm. When my husband went to pick up our online order, there were several groups of people who had been waiting for their food for more than 30 minutes. When we got home and checked our order, half of it was incorrect, even though we ordered online. We paid extra for a Doritos locos Gordita, and it was plain. We paid extra to have rice added to some of our stuff, there was maybe 6 grains of rice in each. I don’t care if you’re understaffed. Train your staff better and this won’t happen. We would rather have waited an extra ten minutes for our order to be correct and made well, not sloppy. Horrible experience and we probably will not be coming back to this location, nor the one on Kalamazoo, since last time they didn’t fill our tacos with any meat.. like maybe 1/3 of what is supposed to normally be on the taco. Guess we won’t be visiting any Taco Bells around here for a long while. EDIT: Wrote this review 8 months ago. They’ve done better one of the times since then, but today we went in and got a taco 12 pack, and the Doritos locos hard shell taco photo shows how they were filled. There was barely ANY meat, and barely any filling. Visually full? Definitely NOT. Also, the shells were very stale. So I had a nice stale Dorito lunch today.
