Absolutely service from the Store Manager!! I placed an online order, went into the location due to drive-through being super backed up, I went in to the location. I was told that I had to go through drive-through due to selecting drive-through on the app, which is totally understandable, drive-through was backed up to the road waited in line for over 20 minutes. Sat at the speaker for over five minutes before anybody came to the speaker… Pulled up to the window. The manager at the window asked if I told the person at the speaker, my name, said no due to no one was at the speaker, then the manager, and the other girl that was working, gave me a dirty look and close the window , I canceled my order through the app and then proceeded to call the store to talk to the manager, she asked me very rudely.” What would you like me to do about it” I told her she didn’t have to be rude, unprofessional, or roll her eyes at me, and she hung up on me. This place used to have exceptional customer service and everyone was nice.. clearly from the reviews- not any more!!

First off all. My burritos were not even made right. So I threw them out because of the terrible experience I had with the staff. I didn’t trust them to not mess with my food. Being short staffed doesn’t give you the right to give your customers attitudes. You do something called “keeping your composure “ but clearly this staff hasn’t learned that over the years. So I am done coming to this location. They do not know how to take to people.

Always clean and speedy service. The drive thru moves quick and when you order inside on the kiosk they always give you your drink cup right away, which I love! They employees are always friendly and professional. They never mess up my food either! My favorite Taco Bell location in the entire country so far!!

My daughter wanted a Taco for her dinner and this was our first visit at this location and the drive thru staff were something to be desired. They were not well spoken at all, and barely even spoke when we placed the order. When we got to the window, he opened it up and didn't even say anything, I had to ask him what the final price was because he didn't tell me at the drive thru order board, where you place your order. I mean I get it, you don't like your job, but come on, saying a few words to the customer isn't going to hurt I promise. Very disappointed in this visit and will be the last time I visit this location.

My daughter and I visited the Taco Bell on Belsay road in Burton yesterday and I was VERY disappointed with the food quality. I ordered a combo meal with a nacho and taco supreme and both tasted like they had been sitting around and while and the appearance of both were less than desirable. My daughter got a combo with a crunch wrap believe it was and a soft taco supreme. The soft taco was smushed and also looked like it had been sitting around a while. The crunch wrap was in good shape. I hadn’t had Taco Bell in a while so was very disappointed as to the quality of what we got on this visit.

Order our food in the drive thru. Told them no sour cream put it on anyways. Called after we got home and was told I could bring it back or bring it back within seven days and they will remake it. Poor customer service. Pay over 20 dollars for food and still can't get your order right.

Found plastic in my food and called a liar over it and totally screwed up my order! DO NOT VISIT the location on Belsay Rd Burton mi

Went through drive thru and got a single chalupa. It was cold and the shell was rock hard. Tried to go in but lobby was closed. Went back thru drive thru and they gave me another one just as bad. By this time my lunch was over so just wasted $5.
