User Reviews

Poor customer service and the food quality is similar. Barely any beef or steak in my food, and I pretty much had to catch my food from falling because the staff doesn’t care whatsoever about their job. This place was good, but the quality of people has gone down the drain.

Waited for 40 mins in the drive thru. When I got to the speaker they told me one moment. 10 mins later can I take your order. It's like they have to complete the following persons order before they take your order. I thought taco bell is fast food. Nope takes 45 mins to get food when there 5 people in the drive thru. Ad the the staff is rude and don't say thank you or anything just closes the window. This taco bell is the slowest taco bell I've ever been thru. And this was late night 10pm on a Thursday. Totally uncalled for. Highly disappointed and don't know if I'll go back. Went to the Belsay rd taco bell pulled right up and got my food every single time. Somethings wrong with this store. Don't go here.

Ordered my food thru the mobile app. When I got I there I waited at the speaker for 25 minutes then they proceeded to tell me they were focused on door dash orders. Waited another 20 minutes and decided to just cancel my order and find out that they already processed so I was charged for food I never reviewed.

The price of food from tacobell far exceeds the service and food quality. I can understand prices are going up, however the managers and folks in charge should be doing everything possible on the customer service end to atleast try to compensate for price increase. Instead the customer service has actually decreased in quality. 85% of the time you get home after ordering and paying for your food and you have to drive right back up there because they forgot a $6.00 burrito or whatever.

Your average taco bell, there was a lengthy wait time, but in the end the food was good, and it was a overall enjoyable experence

This particular establishment has a long way to come. I arrived at 1:30 AM and was 8th in line before reaching the speaker. Everyone ahead of me sat and sat with only reasons being possibly short staffed. I got to the speaker and patiently waited to be greeted and acknowledged. Roughly 3 or four minutes went by before I decided to speak up. No response I gave a couple hunks of the horn and still no response. I drive around to the window and there’s nobody to be seen but every light in the entire restaurant including the drive-through speaker and menu was completely illuminated. There were zero cars in the parking lot for employees. Which leads me to believe they had closed over an hour and a half early and did not bother to put up a sign or turn the lights off. There’s 45 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Do better please!

I haven’t been to Taco Bell since the 1980’s but I was out late at night so I went through the drive through at 12:30am and ordered 2 super beef and cheese burritos and what I got was 2 rice and cheese burritos, I opened it up and went through it with a knife and it was mostly rice and some carrot peeling and less than a thimble of beef and I went back and told them that I can’t believe it was a beef burrito and I said I’m going to throw them away and I want to buy 2 soft shell tacos and she said they would have rice in them also I have never had a burrito or taco that has a lot of rice in it or any rice at all! I know that they didn’t make them like that in the 1980’s but I didn’t eat there very often then because everything was just the cheapest grade of hamburger and the grease would soak through the bags but this time their wasn’t any grease because their wasn’t any beef and I wouldn’t eat there again even if I was starving and it was free!

This taco bell is the ONLY one that doesn't mess up your order every time and actually puts a decent amount of toppings on your food!
