This is the only taco bell for probably 20 miles that's worth going to. They're back to having late hours and have consistently had the best team out of all the other stores. Quick and nice. It helps that they're taco bell only, no KFC menu making things worse.
Super long line charged me for cinnamon twist and I didn’t even get them. Tried to explain my order to guy at the window because he asked me what I had again and he shopped me mid statement “I got it I got it” clearly you didn’t. Has gloves on getting money and touching screen but went to the back fixing food. None of the guys in back had gloves on when they were walking from the back
I use the drive thru. Hit or miss. If you go early in the day, the lunch crew is very good. Ladies like Haley are terrific and make sure you get your correct order. Very courteous and professional. I’ve gone later in the afternoon/evening and not so great. Haven’t gotten a wrong order, but onions seemed old twice and taco was kinda thrown together.
Stopped in here to grab a "quick" bite before heading home after a long tournament. Should've just went home hungry. Oh, We Are! There were 4 adults with three orders. We walked in, not a single person said a word to us. We ordered on the machine and then we waited. 20 minted later, our first order was called out and another 10 minutes the second order, after they went to the counter and ask for their food. Both were finished eating and our last order was not even started yet!!! We asked for a refund and they all but started trying to refuse. My husband finally told him to give us a refund now!! It had been 45 minutes by this time and we were starving. We are done, hungry and tired of waiting. He finally gave it back and claimed he didn't know how. Don't go Here!! They were cussing out loud and playing, but couldn't give 4 items at a time out of the kitchen.
This is a great experience if you want your order made incorrectly. It's just a bunch of kids working at night they don't care don't waste your time here. Struggle to make three burritos.. ordered a beefy melt burrito they gave me a cheesy bean and rice burrito instead and two poorly executed burritos that were so sorry looking it's an embarrassment to the Mexican culture .. the staff doesn't know the difference between beans and beef apparently or are untrained on menu.. maybe the computer screens inside and headsets do not work? shouldn't they be able to hear me? shouldn't they be able to read the screens inside? what about expo is anybody checking to make sure the food is correct? Portion controls are not correct at this location either they're not putting enough portions on the burritos and tacos... If you go to the surrounding Taco Bell locations it's super obvious that you are not getting the right portions at this location..So let's give this place a round of applause for not being able to follow simple instructions you get an F for Failure 😞
Placed an order from a drive thru, my food was given to the customer in front of me. The customer gave the food back to the employee at the window. I got there and asked if that was my food that changed hands, he said yes. I said I don’t feel comfortable because someone else has touched it. I came back and expressed that I don’t feel comfortable eating the food because someone else had touched it. The employee who claimed to be the manager, Marlik said that he’ll have to charge me to get another food. I asked for my money back or another food made and he said no. Horrible and dangerous service with employees messing people’s food up and expecting customers to accept and deal with their mistakes. This person is so full of himself that he didn’t even think he’d done anything wrong and apologize. Think twice before you go to this location please
Every. Single. Time. There is an issue at this location. I ordered two chips and cheese and the shredded beef grilled cheese DIPPING taco. I get home and there is no cheese in my bag. None for my chips and none for my taco. This isn’t an isolated incident because ive been here a couple times before and the thing this location is most consistent at is being inconsistent. You could order a pepsi at this place and they’ll give you a mountain dew. Thats how bad this location is. Between the food and the hours this location is a complete and utter joke. Do better.
Took too long to get food from drive-thru. Ordered chicken power bowl and avocado was terrible.. smelled funy and tasted awful. Two scoops and had to throw it away. Sweet tea wa too watery. Will never go to this location.
