Made a massive online order recently to this location, and picked it up in store. Would’ve been a little nicer if they actually made the drinks for my order rather than having me do it (after all it’s called “GRAB & GO” on the app and not “Here’s your drink cups and fill them up yourself”). It was also a bit annoying that they initially didn’t have my order and I had to show them proof of purchase on my phone. Negatives end there. Everything was prepared as requested and modifications were honored. Ordered the $5.99 cravings box and it’s A LOT of food for a really good price! It was tasty. Crunchwrap Supreme and Beefy 5-Layer Burrito are both amazing and I highly recommend! Also get those cinnamon twists - best dessert at any fast food establishment by far! This renovation also appears to be recently renovated inside - nice, modern atmosphere with plenty of seating. Will be back at this location. 🌮

Wanted to try those new dipping tacos and I think my mistake was going to this location. I went and walked in to order inside and was met with no service for a solid two minutes, just the employees walking around ignoring me(while there was only one other customer there). Ordered the single taco, told the guy I didn’t want the cheese sauce and he tells me to just throw it out if I don’t want it. Ok then. I get the taco literally 30 seconds later and it’s half cooked, the hard corn shell has half melted cheese falling off of it… Did not look nearly as appetizing as what I’d seen online and from social media users. It was obvious to me the lady who made it rushed it to get me out, which I don’t understand because it was at 4 PM and they were not busy. Just, bad experience overall and they did seem to not care about their customers or what they were serving.

Good service, got me the deluxe craving box & $7 it was 👍. I don't see this anymore on the menu 😞 had a problem with my order & the manager didn't want to fix the issue. The good service wasn't from the manager but from the nice employees & cashier's. My drink was mango fiesta tea taste as it should be. 😉😁
App and website both would not let me submit order for this location. Went through the drive thru to ask how we could get a cravings box ordered, but was told promo could only be used by submitting online order. Decided not to order anything because people shouldn't be spending more on food just because their app/website is not working. There should also be a way at store level to manually enter coupons if app/website is not working.
Since they no longer have the taco salad, Jorge M suggested I try the Chicken Power Bowl and get a side of chips to go with it. I have to say this Power Bowl is great--tasty chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, guac, and cheese. It's really good!!
The current crew here decided the best way to avoid forgetting the hot sauce is to just not ask, and when you ask to stare at you and walk away. Junk drive thru service.
