I asked for a bowl with just rice, chicken, and nacho cheese. They gave me no rice, a couple pieces of chicken with cheese slopped all over, i don’t know how they can think this is acceptable to sell. Pretty disappointed for wasting money on this, looks completely uneatable.

The worst time I’ve had at Taco Bell! Taco was half beef half lettuce literally like they split it down the middle. I asked for some extra sauce on my quesadilla so they gave me a whole bottle on it, it was covered so bad I couldn’t even enjoy it. The experience started off bad seemed like they were having a rough day.

The food is a decent value, customer service is non existent! I was not acknowledged for over 5 minutes another customer suggested I use kiosk to order, so I did but it doesn't accept cash. The young man who stepped up to the counter to accept my cash needs more training! No people Skills and he gave me wrong change. My total was $15.70, I gave him $20.75 he gave me $4.25 change!! Then he had No clue as to what I was trying to explain to him about my change. He didn't speak to me at all! No greeting, no thank you, Nothing!!! This location just lost my business! I don't like to complain but that was Ridiculous and I feel he needs more training!

Food was good and dining room was clean and condiment area seemed to be well stocked and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that kiosks have replaced counter staff. Guess we’d better get used to AI and computer systems running our world.

20min to get an order in and then still had to wait to pay. There was a line to pay with cash. Only one functioning kiosk. So left want to drive through. I was seconds away from walking away from ordering. Guy spent 5min explaining how to use the kiosk that was occupied rather then ringing me up I told him I was paying with cash he insisted I wait for the 4 people in line at the one functioning kiosk.

This is one of the best ever Taco Bells I have been to. The staff is always friendly which is a direct result of good management!! Orders are always correct too!

We were just there and nothing in half of the order was right. I asked for no sour cream on anything and i got double sour cream on everything. In addition, one burrito was missing again the one that should have had no sour cream. Absolutely no sense in going back here as this is the third time this location has screwed up our orders.

They replaced a breakfast that was made wrong + drinks, and it was delicious. :) Thank you very much guys! That was my last 20 dollars. I'll be coming back for sure!
