I order regularly late nights and the food is always on point! Sometimes, the drive-thru moves a bit slow when it's close to 1 am, but usually it's a good experience and the staff are nice. I also love the affordable $1 options

They have great breakfast options until 11 am. Whenever I can get breakfast from them I see a long line at the McDonalds drive thru next door and I go order my breakfast crunch wrap and hash brown and smile because there is no line and I can enjoy my breakfast faster. Their hashbrowns are very similar to the mcdonalds ones but are less expensive for now.

First time ever trying Taco bell. I wanted to start small so I got a chips and cheese dip. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The cheese was burning hot and salty. nothing about the cheese was good. The person who was with me also had a drink… in my opinion, it tasted like water. The chips were… listen, some were moist and the others were normal so. Am i disappointed? Yes. Did I expect Taco Bell to be great? No. Is the location at fault. Probably not, I did not interact much with the customer service. So, the two stars are for the customers. And the tree less ones are for Taco Bell itself. Boo😭 Stay safe and hydrated :)

Placed my order in drive thru, waited 15 minutes in line, payed and then was told they did not have item to fulfill my order so could I take chips instead. If I had wanted chips I would have ordered chips, they just did not want to cook more Fry's. Wraps had barely anything in them.

We ordered a soft taco, a side of guacamole, and three California AM crunchwraps. The bag we got was missing the guacamole and the soft taco. The crunchwraps had sausage instead of bacon, and the guacamole inside of it tasted like it had gone bad.

This was attempt 2.. they repeat your order and ask you to check the screen and it’s still made wrong. I asked nicely to remake my order as they forgot the rice and barely any chipotle sauce the teenage girl at drive through argued about she made it right and again I asked her to please remake it she rudely said yup drive up and turned the headset off. This is what I get a chipotle burrito this is absolutely disgusting the service was disgusting and the food is too. I have management experience in fast food and never have I ever treated a paying customer or any customer paying or not like this. You need to better train your employees or get some who speak English this is America !!

I like to treat myself 2 a month I buy, beefy 5 layer burrito. It very good also friendly cashier. Also they stay open late.

I’m allergic to tomatoes. Everything I ordered had no tomatoes on it, everything I received had tomatoes on it. When making my order I told them I was allergic to tomatoes and to please make sure there wasn’t any on the food. Before grabbing my bag I asked the gentleman are you sure there’s no tomatoes on this because I’m very allergic. He said we made sure there was nothing on there, I open my bag to see that everything that I ordered had tomatoes on it, and not I’m on my way to the hospital with Hives and blisters on my hands and face because I was told that nothing that I was going to eat had tomatoes on it.
