They are so nice here. I accidentally ordered a menu item online in an allergy medication-induced haze that was no longer available when I went to pickup my order, and they were so nice while my brain went on standby trying to decide on a plan B. The food was good and tasted fresh. The eating area is clean. What more can you ask for from a fast food restaurant?

Super clean from the dining area to the bathrooms. Very friendly service and an atmosphere that's inviting. all employees seem to be in a great mood. Management must be top notch

We placed our order at one of the kiosks and it was very easy to use. We ordered about 5 items (tacos, burritos) and it was ready in 5 minutes. It also wasn’t busy on a Wednesday evening for dinner. The staff here are friendly and it was clean.

We did an online order and we only got half of it. And the half of it we got was very poorly made. They customer service wasn’t helpful when we asked if we could get what we ordered and to there responding that we didn’t order it. We had the receipt on the bag to prove to them we did. Also my friend is allergic to tomato’s and asked for her tacos not to have them. Now she needs eat her food carefully cuz they weren’t paying attention.

So I stopped by this store today in Brockport as I was going home because I was hoping to get me some Nacho fries. For some reason I was craving for it. As I was going around the store, I saw 2 employees at the counter and as soon as I was parking in front, they both leaned over and looked into my direction. I thought they were ecstatic to see a customer coming but they quickly ran away from view. Anyways I dIdn’t think much of it till I reached the front door which was locked. It was 12:35 and I thought they close at 1 am. Any ways I thought it was funny but not good for business.

Just ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito. Easy right? Not for this TB. Nothing worse than one bite of sauce in an entire burrito. What does take to train to spread the sauce from on end to the other and roll the tortilla so the sauce goes from one end to the other? TRAINING IS LACKING AT TACO BELL!

Tacos.....just tacos. Who doesn't like Tacos? Taco bell has most anything you could want from Tacos to nachos to combos to burritos to quesadillas to soda to....the list goes on. Efficiently fast and low cost fast food. One of the best in Monroe county.

Beeeefy 5 layer !!! The food is always good, really honestly never disappointed. Sometimes my sauce is forgotten but it's alright because I know things happen 😌
