Food was fine. The only complaint was they must have thrown the soft taco supreme into the bag from 10 feet away. It was unwrapped and everything was all over the other food
Worst possible place to go!! Was waiting in the line for 45 mins for one car and another 45 for the next car UNBELIEVABLE. Didn’t think it took that much to heat up a taco but guess I was wrong geez. Probably won’t ever come back here. Maybe you guys should consider getting a new staff. After that service wouldn’t doubt Taco Bell in Bristol goes out business in the next 2 years. That’s just opinion
This franchise owner has lost his mind with these prices. We are officially never coming to Bristol Taco Bell ever again we will drive the extra distance for not paying double of what the actual price is. Sad. And every time never fails meal is always wrong or missing ingredients that you guys never mention. What’s a quesadilla without the sauce. But never fails meal is always missing something or wrong. You will be losing money rather than making more at this rate. People save your money go somewhere else.
Talked to manager SETH over the phone and he had an extremely bad attitude. My order was messed up three times and when I got home it still wasn’t right. Ended up having to drive back for a refund and when asked for the managers name he informed me he couldn’t. When I got there he sent the other manager to deal with the refund and then the manager ended up saying his name anyways... Bad food and bad customer service.
I ordered some Cinnabon delights and idk how many are supposed to be in there but they gave me one Cinnabon delight this is not really want I was hoping to encounter and kind of shows how they don’t pay attention to what they do
The order was correct, but the girl taking the order was short and rude. There were no acknowledgments that she heard nor understood me. Also rushing us to order. If it wasn't for her, I would've given the establishment a 5 star.
We went through the drive-thru and everything was good to go.
The waits can be a bit long in the drive thru, but the food is always fresh! Always worth the wait. This is our go-to location!
