The restaurant had an upscale atmosphere with modern updates. During our visit, we ordered 6 of the $5 boxes. There were no actual boxes available. There were also no cup lids available for our drink cups. The food was delicious and took about 15 minutes to recieve during our dine-in visit.

The taco bell at 2122 praire center drive has terrible tacos. The simplest thing to make. They came with hardly any meat and the crunchy shells were all busted up and one was super soggy from grease. I won't eat there again.

My only problem with this Taco Bell is that they put the Mexican pizzas at the bottom of 30 pounds of burritos and they all get squished. Also they like to fold your crunch wrap like a burrito why? Is it really that hard to work at Taco Bell? The following photos are of my squished pizzas and all the things they put on top of my pizza. Is it really that hard?

This place went downhill quick after they let go of Sebastian. We should have known better after seeing a sign saying they were out of Tortillas. We ordered 3 nachos bell grande and the chips were so salty. We couldn't even eat them. They beans seemed old. They were a dark dark brown and tasted stale. The Lettuce in our tacos seemed like it had turned. Will never eat here again at this location.

I went in and noticed customers were waiting for a while by the look on their faces..I stepped up to counter and no one asked if I needed to place an order..I waited at least 10 minutes until I decided to just leave..I noticed a young guy with his gloves on take a bag of food and touched the window and went back to work station and handled food..their was at least 3 or 4 employees sitting at the corner visiting with each other and didn't offer to go behind the counter to help..thank goodness I didn't go through drive through..I would have been stuck. I just can't believe no one acknowledged me..this taco bell needs a manager and employees that care and some urgency in fast food.

For years, you & all the other Taco Bells have been ripping us off. You can never get an order correct. I always ask for sour cream & for over 25 years you always forget it but don't forget to charge for it. Not to mention that you always forget part of the order. I should have learned by now to check the order. You guys suck!!!

The food was really good, fries crispy and warm, they made the changes I needed on my burritos. The Tacobell here is clean and seems newer/really nice. The only downside is there is no changing table, but they did have a few booster seats for babies. We will definitely stop here again when traveling that route!

I live in the Prairie Center, so I eat here often. Every time I enter to dine inside this establishment, I have to clean my own table. They never get my order right the first time, and the food in thrown into a bag so that it looks really nasty and is always falling apart..this is the nastiest Taco Bell I have been to in a long time. The bathrooms are so nasty that you can't go into them.
