Did an online order. The food was horrible. Crunch wrap was soggy. Half of it was empty. Same for the soft tacos. Chips that go with the cheese were like crumbs at the bottom of the bag.

Did a mobile order for two of the shredded beef grilled cheese taco deluxe boxes. Got to the window and was asked to back up behind the yellow pole. A short time later I was waved to pull forward to get my order. Hand me a bag full of food and I pass it to my wife. Get home to find that the main piece of the box that we ordered was missing, on both orders. Tried to call several times and no one ever picked up. Not worth the time or gas money to drive back and try to convince someone they forgot two key items on the orders. Just before this another customer had to pull around and walk in for I assume a mistake on their order as well. The employee at the window voiced very loudly to the line worker “don’t let them kill your mood”, which I assume was from the customer ahead of me. Overall this restaurant is 60/40 for getting it right. Forgetting the showcase item on tow orders is not a good show of concentration. Not picking up the phone just added to this negative experience. Make sure to check your orders. Don’t trust the employee is paying attention. Should be self explanatory, but when you have a 1 year old with you, you’re trying to get home as quickly as possible.

They gone ask you can you please back, back up then pull up. (Time clock) Other then that food is good until about 45 minutes then you run to the toilet clinching cheeks for you dear life!

So disrespectful! And the manager Sasha or Tasha toliver let’s the crew disrespect customers.. ignores you when you ask to speak to her… I was told I didn’t need to order and get out the line cause I couldn’t understand what they were saying in drive thru.. just HORRIBLE customer service… I’ll never ever go back

The staff was friendly. Got our food within minutes. We ordered hard tacos and a couple of soft tacos. They have reduced the amount of meat they put into them and the hard taco shells had a horrible taste, they were spoiled /out of date. They did refund my money back.

Employees pretend not to see you & make it very obvious theyre ignoring you. Stood there waiting forever as I was missing items from my order. Very rude service!

Placed an online order but they forgot an entire 3 Taco Supremes that were listed at the top of the receipt. Had to go back in and wait for them to make the Tacos. Staff and Management need to pay attention to each order and not rush orders "off the screen" just to improve drive thru and pickup orders. Accuracy is more important than speed and TB Corporate needs to push Accuracy of orders versus Speed of Service. All this does is delay future orders.

So far good. Lol no mess ups on food in a long while with my family orderers. Correct that just now this is what Taco Bell in Breaux Bridge gave me and my kids.. Chips taste like they was cooked in old cooking oil..And the girl at the window had a ugly azz attitude..
