Taco Bell has certainly changed in the last 20 years, for the better. Their chicken has always been a good choice. Usually their steak is a pretty good choice. Have always gotten good service at this particular one. Friendly and helpful staff.

Best Taco Bell in the nation. My family and I always come here for dinner whenever we eat out. Our order is always ready so quickly and is very accurate. Girl that helped us today was so pretty and had beautiful long lashes.

The worst service I've ever had.. I placed an online order with 34 items so it's understandable that mistakes would be made. When I started to distribute the food out we realized 5 items were missing. As I said it's understandable so I went back through the drive thru and informed them of the "mistake" just to be told by the manager there's no way he forgot that many items (5 of 34) and was told he refuses to give us anything more and it's not negotiable. Then told us if there was a problem to take it up with corporate as he turned off the mic. Would come to the window and even had the lobby locked.. definitely will never go back..

I could give a 0 star if I could. But these teenage kids are completely lazy and do not focus on their orders, let alone customers. No customer service at all. They think it’s funny when they give out the wrong order, or say to us ‘ you had 3 drinks right?’ Didn’t even bother looking at the order when brought up. Fix the attitudes. Show customer service. And take your job seriously.

Yes, I was THAT Karen about 10 minutes ago. NO SHAME. I door dash. It's how I pay my bills. I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A ONE MEAL ORDER. "We're working on it still. Pull to the front of the store and we'll bring it out" BUL$#it! I had to pound my first on the lobby door several times just for 'Raymond', the "manager" to acknowledge me; what every other employee did NOT do. Pictured are the 2 employees I dealt with from the start. Hecka mad because I had to bang on the door a second time and wait, just for Raymond to saunter over. They forgot the dang drink; which he handed to me like a forced apology. RIDIC.....

It was Taco Bell. I had a good employee help me with my order. I did not have to wait long. Food was hot when I got it home.

I've been coming to this one because the Grain Valley one is awful. This one is so much better. Like, all the ingredients are actually in my burritos. I haven't gotten what I've paid for for years! Well worth the extra few minutes drive. Thanks!

It's Taco Bell, you know what you're in for. Atmosphere is a two because of the giant unavoidable pothole at the exit of the drive-thru. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky during the busy parts of the day, but that's not anything the underpaid staff can control.
