This location has been hit or miss over the last couple of years, but in the past year or so things have improved a lot. Accuracy used to be a big issue, but they seemed to have fixed that. Everything now is usually accurate, they are usually pretty quick, and every time we have gone inside things are very clean. Everyone seems to be somewhat friendly, but the other fast food places in town do seem to have friendlier workers. The food is usually hot and fresh except for the rice, don’t order anything with rice if it isn’t lunch or dinner rush or you will get crunchy rice.

Was swinging through Blackfoot on our way from a road trip and chose this Taco Bell. As far as Taco Bell's go, this was above par. The restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean, and busy employees were in the process of cleaning the entry way even more while we were there. No wait, order was correct, food was fast and delicious. Great location!

Taco Bell is often hit or miss and this one was a miss. Every single item in my order was not made correctly. I ordered all items without cheese and two of them had cheese added and the food was cold. Two others were missing creamy jalapeño sauce. What’s worse is that when my order was being made I saw them put cheese on one of the items and one of the team members said it wasn’t supposed to have cheese but they kind of shrugged, wrapped it up anyways and put it in the bag. I wasn’t sure if that was my order or not until a few minutes later when I started eating it.

This place is dirtier than my kids bedroom, heck my porch and dogs yard are cleaner. It smells terrible it’s really gross. Workers were having a very inappropriate conversation in the kitchen while I was eating with my kid. I will never come back here hasbrown we’re soggy and full of oil

Food was way to spicy. Combination burrito regular taco and fries all to spicy for me to eat. Sorry. Not everything needs to be spicy.

OK, look... we all love Taco Bell. I mean, I kept coming back to this restaurant nearly a dozen times the last couple months, and that must speak to something. However, for this restaurant in particular it became more about brand loyalty. I visited here regardless of quality because a part of me just wanted that taco bell goodness. Those Taco Bell cravings inevitably lead me to this particular Taco Bell again and again hoping that somebody may eventually take some sort of pride in there work, and the food may be at least par for Taco Bell standards. For months I have found that this restaurant, or rather the employees that represent Taco Bell here would prefer to slop up some tacos for a paycheck to putting a little bit of pride into their work. The second star is for the brand loyalty I referred to previously

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a doordash order, Taco Bell NEVER gives any sauces no matter how many I order. It’s on the receipt but they never include any sauce. It’s really irritating

Online Orders filled incorrectly. Super small portions. If you crave Taco Bell go to Idaho Falls. Only good thing I can say is one of the early morning ladies at the drive through is very cheerful. Also recently got a penny in my food.
