The food was well made and served quickly. The restaurant and staff however are lacking in several areas. Doors broken, machines broken, the building in disrepair, the sauces are not left out, bathrooms left locked. The staff ignored us for a few minutes and walked by like we weren’t there and when they did acknowledge us they weren’t very friendly.
Was pretty good. The food was built perfect and nothing was wrong thankfully. The weirdos behind the counter in the house lace was a bit strange. They acted like it was 2020 with all the masks and all the restrictions from the key to restroom. They won’t put out sauce packets in the tray lol it’s 2023 people! But I understand this is Northern California 🤦♂️
young Gentlemen let me in and said dine in was closed but I can order for take out. Cook or manager came out and started yelling at the kid for letting us in and asked us to leave. I explained I was pulling a 30 ft trailer and he said it was not his fault and asked my son and I to leave. So rude and the way he talked ti the young kid was inappropriate. This happened at 11:00 am Definitely do not recommend this place.
The food was okay. The Pepsi machine was sticky and the restaurant needed a good cleaning. They even has a note at the registers that they do not have a cashier and that you have to order through the self servicer terminal and even one of those was broken. This location needs some help and 4 stars was generous.
The worst Taco Bell I've visited. They ridiculously deprioritize anyone who orders in their lobby -- after placing a mobile order, it took around 20 minutes to get my food. The spicy potato taco was very overcooked and almost inedible. Crunchwrap supreme tasted absolutely awful. I also ordered a veggie power bowl and it is the absolute worst "bang for the buck" in the food universe. $8 for a tablespoon of beans and three tablespoons of rice. Go anywhere else. Employees were nice though.
"Please use side door," goes to side door and its locked, rude employee approaches to yell through door that their dinning room is closed. Order on app, go through drive thru, another incredibly rude employee serves us our meal. Food is what you expect at Taco Bell at least. Try hiring people who could at least act nice?
Food was great but the lack of customer service from the workers; the place was not clean at all. Notice the workers would completely ignore customers when they’d ask them a question. Good thing we were just passing through. Would not recommend again
Ok, people. Stop with forcing us to use the time wasting order kiosk. We and many people we know have a policy of walking out if you force us to order on the lobby kiosk. If you can’t provide a person to take our order we will just leave. Especially insulting when you put a printed sign saying you don’t have staff to take orders. Good bye, off we go to a real restaurant. This review is for the Bishop, CA location
