☆ Uber Eats Order ☆ I was unfortunately missing all 10 of the mild sauces I requested, missing the extra beef and extra cheese I requested on the tacos and was given extra lettuce, extra tomatoes and sour cream on the taco which I did not request at all. My food items besides the burrito I had in the cravings box were not as warm as I would have preferred. I also ordered a Medium Baja Blast and they gave me a regular Mountain Dew and didn't even consult with my UBER driver to see if that was okay or not. Not good customer service. I also was not given a straw for my beverage either. To add, I did request two sides of sour cream for my burrito and the amount of sour cream compared to the container it was in was less than enough and didn't make much sense to me. I did end up getting a refund via UBER, however, I was very disappointed in the service I received from this location tonight. I would like for them to do better and really pay attention to the orders.

Paid $13.20 for 1 meal (the #8, 3 tacos and a blue raspberry freeze)… I was shocked that sour cream was charged when it already came with the meal… but even more disappointed when the tacos had almost nothing in it…. That is inflation for you I guess

Must take a miserable person to give a bad review just because you feel like it. Have a great day, you could definitely use one.

We walked in here at noon on a weekday. As we walked in and smelled a mix of cigarettes and weed, and an employee coming out of the restroom we should have turned around and left. We decided to stay and order. I used the kiosk. I ordered a bottle of Dasani water for $1.99. When we picked up order they didn't have any. They gave me a cup of ice water. While waiting for our order we went to the restroom. Both were disgusting. Trash all over the floor and reaking with smoke. As we were waiting for our order, I looked around and saw trash all around the counter where you order, and all around the area where you get your condiments. Hallway to bathrooms had trash on floor. What a disgusting place. Will be off my list of places to stop, and considering this, I won't do drive thru either! Taco was the greasiest I've ever had. Yuck all around!!

i ordered online a power menu bowl with no tomatoes. everything was fine until i checked my food (before i left the parking lot) and it had tomatoes. i walked in there nicely and i told them it was supposed to have no tomatoes and a guy that worked there had an attitude saying that’s not how i ordered it. i checked my app to make sure it said no tomatoes and it did. he was muttering under his breath in the back and gave me a dirty look as he threw my bowl away. i understand mistakes i was fine with it getting remade. but i don’t appreciate the attitude i got when it was messed up.

Normally this taco bell is OK. Not great a bit inconsistent but ok. However seeing sauce packets that are clearly busted making other packs stick together and dried out with mold is not ok.

Ordered 3 soft shell tacos received hard shell. Odered naco belle grande received old chips bland no flavor or texture. Asked for mild and hot sauce received on mild. Second chance for this Taco Bell but there will be NO THIRD.

The food: TACO BELL you know what you are paying for. CHECK YOUR FOOD! The location: clean exterior, clean interior, clean restrooms. Nice upgrade! The staff: This is fast food and the workers are just not happy. They try the best they can. However, the wait times are between 10-15 minutes for multiple orders. I.E., 2x #6. Drive-thru: So much confusion... Just go inside. You'll have go 2 or 3 times to get the order right. Pretty sure the young lady at the drive through was intoxicated or high. Money: Make sure you get a receipt! This location will overcharge you! CHECK YOUR FOOD! CHECK YOUR FOOD! CHECK YOUR FOOD!
