User Reviews

Taco Bell is pretty much the only fast food place I go to these days, ever since McDonald's started cosplaying as a fancy restaurant. Like, a dollar menu in 2023? Incredible. Spicy potato soft tacos and cheesy bean & rice burritos are $1 each, fairly healthy, fairly low-cal. Order between 2-5pm for a $1 soft drink, but otherwise, full-price for a drink is still worth it considering the cheap and delicious food. Additionally, this is my favorite Taco Bell ever since the remodeling last year. Looks very nice, the employees are always very friendly, and it seems to be much less busy than the other Taco Bells in the QC. Usually while dining in someone comes around to ask how the food is, which is typically only something I'd expect out of a fancier restaurant.

It is ridiculous that a person standing at the cash register insists on you using the kiosk, then returning to register to pay cash. Absolutely refused to take the order.

You basically order your own food from a kiosk and then it comes up. Better than a colon cleanse.

Ally the cashier is always so positive and amazing. She is the friendliest person at this location.

Prices go up and service goes down. The kids running this place are too busy conversing about their personal lives to take anyone's order. They require you to put your order into a kiosk. I'll never do that. The one cashier on duty was willing to put my order into the kiosk for me, but not put my order into their computer at the front counter - the one that's there for putting customer's orders into.

Food could always be better. That's not a store problem. Service was friendly and quick. Store clean.

These people NEVER SEEM TO ACKNOWLEDGE PEOPLE STANDING AT THE COUNTER, they will walk by 12 times. You have to engage the conversation. Door dashes seem to never be ready and take forever.

Waited 40 minutes at restaurant. Drive through employee threaten to beet me up after I told him they had worse customer service I’d ever seen.
