Only recieved half the order. Bean burrito was dried out and had sour cream! Crunch wrap Supreme had more sour cream then meat.

Probably the worse dine in experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at the front of the store to place an order. While waiting here for about 5 minutes or more staff continued to look at me however, never acknowledged me. (I was the only one in line to order, no other person was in the store) Finally after waiting patiently the manager comes over rudely asking how he can help me? I stated I wanted to place an order. He then preceded to say I can only order on the kiosk. I stated the item I wanted wasn’t on there he said well then we don’t have it and walked away. I brushed it off and go to the kiosk to order after the rude interaction. However, I wanted breadsticks so when they handed me my order I asked how I could order breadsticks because they are not on the kiosk. The cashier says you have to order them here. I stated I was confused because her manager said I could only order from the kiosk. She then stated it would be a 10 minute wait I said that was okay. I sat down to eat my food and after about 20 minutes of waiting my breadsticks weren’t done. I get in line as there were about 5 people in line at this time. They made me and others wait about another 5 - 8 minutes in line as others were complaining because they have been waiting a long time as well the manager rudely says he is short staffed and locks all the doors so other customers can’t dine in. This manager made it very clear he did not want to solve any problems and was not leading by example to his staff. This was terrible service the manager who’s name on my receipt is Julian is probably the reason why I will never return to Taco Bell.

I was having trouble using the self order station so I asked if an employee they could take my order. You know, the way restaurants have always been until now? Instead, the manager instructed the employee to "show me how to use the self order station". I was shocked. In the in the amount of time it took her to show me how to use it, she could have just taken my order. Furthermore, the manager could have just taken my order himself, as he was just cleaning up the lobby. Shameful, now I see why service is so bad here, it starts at the top. In a good service environment the manager would jump in and take the order, and not defer to a machine when the customer is obviously frustrated. It's a sad state of affairs, and a prime example of how service in restaurants has drastically declined in recent years. Unapologetically lazy manager. Higher prices than other Taco Bells as well, so I suspect franchise ownership is to blame as well for everything top down.

I’m getting so tired of this Taco Bell. It’s the closest one to my work and it’s always super slow or messing the order all up. Or most of the time both! Like today took super long and got back to work and the order was wrong. I ordered a Dortis Locos Taco supreme with no lettuce and spicy ranch they gave me a dortis taco with just meat and cheese… no sour cream no tomatoes and the sauce wasn’t even on the taco it was on the cardboard holding it… also order a chicken grilled cheese burrito… a $6.99 burrito. Literally got their Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito a $2.99 burrito. seriously freaking irritated. Their service sucks. And they can’t even make their orders right. Total freaking rip off. So much for paying Lee for things when I’m gonna get the value meal items when I’m paying for a 7$ burrito. Unbelievable.

Says it closes at 2am, more than 70% of the time it is closed by 8-9pm. I regularly am missing items from my orders or just receiving the wrong order. Owner/Manager needs to be around more often to supervise.

Service is unnecessarily terrible and I well be furthering my complaint. I was trying to order from drive thru and the cashier name Julian c which is what it says on my receipt was extremely unprofessional, whating us like he's talking to his friends out in the street ,food for thought this isn't a hip-hop video. Then we get to the window and he's on a video call with his phone propped up on a cash register having a conversation which was obvious one of his friends or family members which he chose to put first instead of his customer service. You probably would have heard us in the Drive-Thru if you wasn't too busy on your phone instead of doing the job you was getting paid to do. This is the worst establishment I've been to and besides being filthy and food not tasting like they care to make it fresh instead of being on the phone service is below standards regardless of this bell aTaco Bell and not a five-star restaurant nobody should have to pay for this type of service I would not recommend going here to the Taco Bell on Berlin Turnpike which is 18 Wilbur cross Highway

I was at the drive thru. I asked for 4 crunchy tacos. 2 without cheese. in the end they still get me everything with the cheese. It happens to me twice.

20 minutes in the drive thru line AFTER getting to the window, then another 15 minutes or so inside because they forgot something in our order. Barely even an apology afterward. When we got home, the food was all kinds of messed up. Wrong kind of meat in the tacos, no meat in the nachos and only beans. Hit-or-miss even when they have it all together. Go literally anywhere else, maybe the taqueria by Geico. Even if they mess up the food they at least probably won't waste an hour of your time.
