Went inside on a Friday night waited 30 min for food. Asked how long after 20 minutes. The Manager said she didn't know So many door dash orders to fill. She was honest and I said ok. I felt that door dash and drive thru were a priority over dine in. 10 min later food came it was all good. She felt bad and gave us 4 free taco coupons and a couple of free drinks and was very apologetic. All and all it's a good taco bell. It's clean inside and the employees are always nice. The food is as good or better than other Taco bells. My main complaint if I have one is that many times something is left out of an order. Make sure you check your bag. It's a drag to get home and not have what someone ordered in your family.
Very slow but kinda nice .I felt like they didn't want to work there the asso ciate s one young lady with a very nice smile made me feel more comfortable. I just hate it when someone goes into a store and they feel like they are putting the employee out .just to talk with the customer seems hard .I am the buyer not the seller ok????? Lol
Like a lot of restaurants after COVID-19, they expect you to do self service. No one will take your order at the counter... If taco Bell's policy's now requires self orders only, then they should pay us to be employees. Join me in the revolt. Stand at the counter until they take your order!
3 stars due to the person at the drive-thru not taking order correctly. It's an easy job to listen and perform your job correctly. I repeated the order at least 5 times and still received the wrong order. I'm glad the person who filled the order made the correction while the drive-thru operator just standing there looking like a clueless zombie. It's never a good feeling to complain than putting in a compliment, but when I repeated the order 5 times and having the person correct you multiple times is unacceptable. 😏
I am a frequent visitor of this Taco Bell and this location is one of, if not the, best customer experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell. (I’ve been to quite a few). They a always kind and quick, and I can’t think of a time they’ve gotten my order wrong. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is bc of a few times I’ve tried to get the coffee or a freeze and it has been unavailable.
Best Taco Bell around. Friendly staff, especially Mia. Doritos locos Taco supreme were made as they should be, filled with beef and no called shells. And they didn't make me download an app just so I could order some cinnamon delights. Vallejo is awful, avoid at all costs..
terrible service ordered potatoes in my box and there was no fork given, wrong drink, wrong food item, and ALL the employees ignore you for at least 3-5 minutes of standing at the counter with no other customers in the store and barely any drive thru. this seems to be a management issue pressuring the employees to keep on schedule. only redeeming factor is at least the interior is nice, but the bathrooms are locked so you have to go through the terrible service to get to them.
I have live here in Benicia for almost 3 year and this taco bell always has old food and when you asked for fresh they still give you old food … really poor quality and food … don’t waste your time coming here
