Great place in downtown for a nostalgic night or to enjoy the greatest decade of music live or DJ, but I always prefer live music. Reasonable drink prices for the location. Parking is difficult to find anywhere downtown, best bet is to Uber or park at Ft. Brooke garage on the hourly side.

My experience at this Taco Bell was excellent. Guy, took my order and explained a variety of vegetarian items they serve. I requested the black bean burrito with NO fritoes added (chips), the order came exactly the way Id asked for it..YAY!! GUY was very pleasant 😊

Horrible! Lazy, slow workers! rude customer service. We paid $33 for this tacos. They gave us the wrong order. we ordered 7 tacos they gave us only 6. we came back to fix and get our order fix. this what they gave me. theres not much meat and its a hard, stale tacos.

Night crew tonight was horrible. Not friendly at all. No customer service skills at all. Didn’t say ONE WORD to me at the window, not hello, not have a good night, nothing. The entire time I sat there nothing was said to me, I just sat waiting on my food. When she did finally hand me my food, again, she said absolutely nothing, handed me my food and shut the window and walked away. Just horrible service over all.

I honestly can’t wait for minimum wage to reach $20 so that they fully automate this Taco Bell and get rid of the incompetency the employees show. I showed up at 10am (they open at 9am) and the doors are locked and the drive through is the only thing open. Joke is on me, I have a 11’ tall vehicle and don’t fit. I explain this to them, through the drive through window they asked me to walk to, and they explain they won’t open the lobby because they are short staffed. I counted no less than 7 people inside not doing a single thing because there was no one in the parking lot or drive through. I then had to order while walking the drive through. Now you may wonder, “why not go somewhere else” well my 5 year old was dead set on Taco Bell. I will be calling corporate to address this.

I love Taco Bell the only problem is that they do not pay attention to detail and many times it is pot luck to see what they may have put in the bag. I am hoping that it will get better soon. Still love Taco Bell.

Food and employees are so gross here. Soft taco and steak grilled burrito has barely any meat in it Tables and chairs are old and broken. Can't wait to leave and never cone back.

This taco bell is cool with its touch screen ordering. I was able to get black beans added on my chicken quesadilla. I was impressed with the modern feel of it compared to most others in the area. This is something I expect in Orlando or tampa, but not here in Polk county. A welcome surprise!
