Not one clean table in the store when I walked in with my family. Had to clean one myself before we could even sit down. Missing beef chalumpa and dorito taco from delux combo with re cooked burnt potatoes for cheesy fiesta potatoes. After waiting 30 minutes to get food and having to go get corrections for mess up I am now still sitting here waiting 20 minutes for the rest of my families food. Let’s get it together Team. We can’t even get someone to help the customers.
I don't work for Taco bell. I appreciate someone taking my order if you want my money. Had to use kiosk place my own order. Felt I'm not important to them. Just my money.
I literally only come here for the rolled chicken tacos. I ordered $35 worth of them, and they didn't give me any sauce even though they asked me, and I asked for guacamole and spicy ranch. For $35, I should get everything I ordered!! The woman in the drive-thru was more concerned about gabbing to other employees to bother asking if I needed anything else before shoving the bag out of the window into my hands. She closed the window before I could even check to see if there was dipping sauce in there. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this experience, and it's very clear WHY they are hiring. These people do nothing and expect to get paid for subpar service. I don't care how much you love the tacos, I don't care that you tell your son you ran out and hoard them to yourself, woman in the drive-thru window, I'm talking about you. This was a Monday afternoon. They weren't busy. The grease was old tasting. So, I know it didn't get cleaned the night before like it's supposed to.
Worst service I’ve ever had. Came through the drive through tonight. My food was not prepared correctly and they charged me extra for adding stuff that they didn’t add and my food wasn’t even cooked. When we went back to get it fixed all the employees were outside smoking. No one would answer the phone either. Clearly no one wanted to work. Unbelievable!
I never get my entire order from this location. When I do, it’s cold.. the cheese isn’t even melted on a cheese roll up. So bad my 7&10 year olds won’t even eat it. I ordered a combo and only got the taco?! We love Taco Bell, we do not love the Bartlesville location.
I decided to give Taco Bell in Bartlesville a 10th chance and it's still so bad. you should never pay for anything extra on your food because you're not gonna get it ever and you'll be lucky to even get what you pay for anyway. but the lobby was updated and looking nice. And the floors feel like they're free of grease which was a problem for a very long time...
This place IS NOT handling the worker shortage well. Counter is full of customers that are upset over waiting more than an hour to get their food. Store refuses to take cash. 1 person is working the line while 4 other employees (manager included) do very little to help him. Customers wanting refunds, but can't get them from ordering kiosks. No direction comming from management to speed up the processes. Store is disgustingly dirty. Skip eating here until they get these issues ironed out. Not worth the headache.
The last couple of times that I have gone inside for takeout, my food was prepared fast and it was hot and good.
