I actually ordered delivery, and my options were to add beef, onions, sour cream, and no rice on a veggie bowl order. That is not what was delivered! My bowl had chicken! I'm glad I'm not allergic! I also ordered the chips with Nacho sauce, but as you can see in the picture, there was only enough sauce for a couple of chips. Do better, Taco Bell!

Ordered three supreme tacos and a Pepsi because they couldn’t do fried products. I received three stale taco shells with a slimmer of meat and cheese, along with a stale Pepsi. I understand how stressful working in fast food can be, but this was out of straight pettiness because I decided to order 30 mins before closing. My job is out of town and I work long hours so all I wanted was to grab a bite to eat before heading back home. Instead I was treated with the same lazy and spiteful treatment as expected from the Bainbridge Tacobell. If anything this should be a lesson to always check your order at the window.

Always out of something. No matter what day of the week or what time. This has gone on for several years. I have tried my best to give them chance after chance. Nothing has changed in years. I’m done. Worst restaurant in the entire state of Georgia. Possibly the world. For the last week you must have exact change and can not use a debit card. Also don’t order from their menu cause they ain’t got half of it. Don’t believe me, go there yourself and experience the disappointment first hand.

Rude drive thru people. Incorrect prices on menu board. Wanted to add on a drink at the window, no one is behind me and they say I can’t order. No problem ,I go in to see the front counter worker talking with her friend. Didn’t greet me, and simply said you gotta order on the kiosk and cash only. Please pay these folks more money bc they clearly don’t give a damm

First off, I love Taco Bell and can still remember getting OK food here. Lately, the quality of food is unacceptable! We were excited and so very disappointed at our order. Crunchy items were cold, soggy and falling apart. As you can see from pictures, we didn't get a hat we paid for. I get that money is tight. Which is why I will be spending mine somewhere different.

We decided to try Taco Bell again after leaving it alone for a looong time because of.... less than acceptable experiences in the past. And I have to give it to them, they're way better now - that was the best TB food I've had in years! It's still Taco Bell so service is meh at best and atmosphere is ... Taco Bell. But the food was hot and fresh and tasted great!

This staff has told me multiple times they are out beef, at Taco Bell, while I was watching them play cards when trying to use the drive through. They weren’t even in the restaurant. This place is garbage.

Food was burnt, order was repeated back to me correctly, however I did not get 1 of my items. Turns out they didn't charge me for one of the items and refused to give me the reciept. Eventually got the receipt. Don't tell me the order correctly and then not charge me correctly. I also said no sauce and was given opened sauces that leaked all over the food.
