My beefy crunch burrito and steak grilled cheese burrito both had beans instead of meat (which I didn't realize until I left). There were items missing from each meals and an entire deluxe cravings box missing. When brought to the staff at front counters attention, he denied it. The manager was helpful and friendly, as was the guy at the window
Best food at the Austinburg location!!! They load your tacos up and great customer service!!!
Walked around and waited in line for drive thru (semi truck won't fit) finally at speaker and nobody takes our order. Then walk to window. Our order was taken. Then had to wait in grass area for our food to get done so the cars that were in line BEHIND us could get their food. Ordered and PAID for 2 soft shell taco supreme is that what we got NO we only got soft shell taco NO tomatoes and NO sour cream. We paid dor something we did not get. Also didn't get a receipt with our order so I can't even do a review with recept number. Below is a picture. There is hardly any beef on this taco. We really hot swindled out of our money. ThIS is Unacceptable
You USED to be able to order your items to be grilled on the app. About a month ago they got rid of that option and now you can't get your burritos grilled for free. I liked getting everything grilled as it helped everything hold together better. I looked it up online and this was apparently a decision by corporate and they got rid of it from the app for all locations. The food just isn't good without the grill. I'll go to McDonald's until I can order grilled items in the app again.
Horrible visit. Went inside and ordered a avocado ranch crispy chicken taco with my meal and never received it, food was cold, chalupa shell was ripped in half. Ordered to go and was brought out on a tray, then was told the person taking orders can bag it. She dropped the nacho chips on the counter and picked them up with her bare hands. Very upsetting. As this was our favorite Taco Bell.
Food was great. We all had something different and it was great. Unfortunately the service was slow. No one was working the counter, and everyone had to use the self order station. The staff didn't seem to move very quickly, and the restaurant was busy. They also didn't know what drinks we were supposed to have. We had to tell them what drinks to give us.
Once again good food, good service, but bad policy when it comes to customer safety. This location requires you to walk to the drive through window to place a food order. I called to advise I am a truck driver, could I please order by phone or at the door? The gentleman said my ONLY option was to order from the window. I am happy to honor your policy, but safety first of course. Asking a person to walk where cars normally travel is not smart or safe. I placed my semi at the entrance of your drive through to make it safer, for me to place my order and receive my food. Honestly it's degrading to be told to risk injury for a 3$ burrito.
Taco pizza is very flavourful, tacos are good too, but hard to eat on the road. Try the burrito if you're traveling. Liked the personal ordering screens to see the menu close up.
