I never leave reviews even if I get a bad experience but, I literally got told to wait a couple minutes for my order to be taken because their door dash and mobile orders were super long and even after waiting at the speaker for about 30 minutes (not counting the time I joined the line) they then refused to take my small order. I’ve worked in customer service and I would’ve at least helped the customer who I’d let wait for 30 minutes at the speaker get some food. This is very upsetting and unprofessional.

I go here more than I should…but your limited late at night..The staff are fairly rude most of the time. You are lucky if they make your order correctly. They REFUSE to take more than 1 order in the drive thru! And surprise surprise 8 out 10 times they either give you a wrong order or leave items out of it. I should go to cookout across town instead..

Went through the drive thru and placed order. Didnt receive my full order, checked the receipt and saw I was charged for everything I ordered so I had to park and go in to get what was left off. The lady at the inside register was very nice and professional and went to make the item that was left out of our bag and As I was waiting, I could see that the girl at the drive through window was eating her food in between helping customers at the window and handing out orders. That should not be happening, especially since she was eating with her hands and not washing them or even sanitizing her hands in between. Also it is against health department rules. Send employees to a table in the dining room to eat. Managers and employees need to tighten up!

I’ve been going there through the week for over a month and are always out of sweet tea and the drink machine is periodically broke so you might want to bring your own drinks. The food is good as most toco bells I’ve been to .

Stopped here on our way home from Gulf Shores. The bathrooms were clean, the dining room was clean, the service was quick, and they were accommodating. The food was good and we got exactly what we ordered. What I did observe was (we were the only people in the restaurant) the obscene language coming from the workers. They were using the "F" word very liberally, among other colorful language. I am not one to care if you cuss, just not in a place of business. I was glad there were no kids in the restaurant. It made me feel really uncomfortable. Also, the girl that was working the drive-thru was taking orders from her car and then coming into the store, ringing it up, then going back to her car 🤦‍♀️ Maybe that is why some of your drive-thru orders are getting so messed up (I just read some earlier comments). So, I would eat here again, but next time, I would tell them how uncomfortable it made me feel to hear them talking like that.

My wife and I went through the drive through and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got our food and drinks. We ordered, paid, and got our meals in less than 10 minutes! I got the cheesy Gordita crunch, crunchwrap supreme, and a Baja blast. It was great! Best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had.

I would not recommend eating here! Food was cold, no large cups and no lids for medium cups. No sweet tea and most of the fountain drinks were out!

Today, (2/25/2023) I read a really bad message inside one of the bathroom of this place. It is sad to see this kind of thought 🥺
