Breakfast Menu "Taco Bell" Attalla

The food was bad the cinnamon twist tasted like cardboard or like it was cooked in old grease. The bathrooms was nasty and had a bad odor when going into the bathroom definitely not going there again. The employees was just standing around laughing and cutting up not taking the job seriously or was not acting like they was working one of the employees looked at me like she had an attitude, I didn’t get my hard shell tacos I had to ask for it and when I did the employee looked at me sideways like she had an attitude that I was asking about it over all I do not recommend going there

They were busy on a Fri night around 8:30pm about 4 cars in front of me. But went thru pretty quick once placed my order girl asked me to go around front and they would bring out the food . I looked at my receipt & realized it’s been about 15-20 mins I had been waiting. And noticed then several ppl had got their orders. Just thought it went in an order of how it was placed .

I did an online order when I received things were missing so I called taco bell the young man told me to call doordash so I did they put in a reorder so another door dasher went to the correct things she arrived was in line for over an hour only to be told I had no order so I call back the young lady talked to told me had no order call door dash so once again I did that they looked my order and someone had canceled it so door dash tried to call them back only they never answered so therefore a refund was requested sent to the corporate office and still I've not heard anything from taco bell I spent all together 61.00 which 43.00 was for food that wasn't even in my bag what was there was wrong so I say do not order online and if you go to taco bell make sure your food was correct. I only ordered online cause I'm an amputee now with 2 kids that loved taco bell I'm able to just go do I tried online no more 💔😪😩

Probably the absolute worst location I've been too and seen. Kitchen was an absolute wreck, prep tables were covered in a mess, floor had trash and oil all over floor. Freeze machine was down, lobby drink machine was broken, out of fried chicken for the tacos and out of Baja blast. The older man in the back was dropping cinnamon twists into the fryer bare handed, then wiped down all the oil on the fryer with a blue rag, then laid it down right ontop of the cinnamon twists he just pulled out.. Why is the store even open?

Now taco bell should be ashamed! This should be unacceptable to the community. Get some workers or don't open at all. Waited in the drive through over 30 minutes. Customers orders were mixed up & there were unsatisfied customers on the inside as well. You could tell employees were doing their best but they were clearly overwhelmed & overworked!!! Unacceptable....please do better

The food isn’t bad and the employees are decent, but why is the dining room still closed? It’s been three years since COVID. Shouldn’t you open the dining room to allow people to actually enter the establishment? Just food for thought.

Out of ice, out of Cinnamon twist, out of several drinks in the machine, out of medium cups, out of soap in the women's bathroom which makes me wonder how the female employees are washing their hands!, out of chicken, all the tables in the restaurant was dirty, food splatters on the walls, no cashier to take our order and the restaurant was 78 degrees!

My order is always either wrong here or the tacos have sat for so long in the shell that the shell is just mush. Don’t order extra anything because they won’t give it to you.
