we were so afraid to touch any surface! front door handles, computer ordering screens tables etc. looked like window seals had never been cleaned ever! Just about the whole restraunt was full of smudges or fingerprints. Then on top of it they skimped on our food putting hardly anything detectable inside the tortillas. 0nly 3 napkins for 2 people ? Are they that hard up ? & no customer service anymore ? All employees hiding in the back trying hard to avoid customers ? How can taco bell justify its rate increases ? Cant get your own drink anymore deciding how much ice ya want ? We could go many places for less & get alot more all round .
This place sucks, third time coming here third time getting my order screwed up. I’ve called the 800 number for Taco Bell and have been on hold for 23 minutes now.
This Taco bell is a joke, they will not take your order at the register. Taco Bell is becoming the new Walmart.
Food is not what it used to be. Service has gone down hill. Drive-thru orders get done before the people who are dining in. Should be first-come-first-serve but that is not the case..
Nice place to order food from, hard workers, nice staff
First they toke a quit long on attending me, till I approached to the counter that way they can see me. The lady toke my order, I'll scan my card to make the payment the lady just walk away, when she comeback she said your card was decline, the she knew that she didn't complete the transaction, I got my Food, the food was cold, I asked for hot sauce cause when I make my order, I'll check the bag, there was none, I ask for 4 small bag of sauce, the lady said to me oh, you want more In front of other customers, I told her there is nothing in the bag, she said, really, you want more sauce again, that was not necessary at all. My coffee was almost 1 3rd empty too.
Just got the grilled cheese steak burrito. I also got lunch for my two co-workers. I was in the drive through, when I was handed my bag I checked to make sure everything was there and I told the lady that my burrito wasn't in the bag. She looked and told me yes it is. So I rushed back to work, gave my co-workers their lunch and finally found my burrito. I didn't see or feel it the first time I looked in the bag was because it was so flat that I mistakes it for a very thin taco. This burrito was $6.99!!! I feel so cheated and ripped off. I hope they let me attach pictures to this review. I will never go to best Taco Bell ever again which is a shame cuz I work rite down the street and its very convenient but I will never order that burrito ever again either. I'll let everybody I know never ever try that burrito until how horrible an experience I had with paying that much for a squashed dinner and a quesadilla burrito.
