Probably the best Taco Bell taco I’ve had since I can remember, this is what Taco Bell needs to be everywhere. The people were cool, place was clean and man look at that taco, crunchy perfection! That picture isn’t sarcasm, I just couldn’t put it down before I took a pic. Yummy heaven right here🥳
Had a craving for a quick taco meal. I was lucky as I was the only car in the drive-through. Got the Taco 12 pack(ordered supreme), and they were good. However, I noticed there was no sour cream. Don't know if this was an oversight or if it's no longer part of the Supreme taco. That's why I only gave the food 4 stars. Service was excellent though and they gave lots of hot sauce like I requested. All in all, my craving did get satisfied.
One of the things I got was a five layer burrito and being well over $3 and they made a mistake and didn't give me any refried beans on it because I ordered black beans instead of meat but it should have still come with refried beans. When I asked them to fix the order They only gave me about an ounce and a half of refried beans when it should have been around 3-4 oz which is a significant difference. They also argued with me profusely about giving me the extra 1 - 1/2 ounces to 2 - 1/2 ounces of beans. However I did get two plastic micro bowls of refried beans instead of just one although they were both about an ounce and a half of beans.
Worst experience ever. Sat at the drive throw window for 20min and then was ASKED to pull around and come in and get my order as it's just being made. Treated rudly the entire time. After all this they even forgot an item lol. I'm not expecting 5 star service at a Taco Bell though I definitely don't expect to sit literally at the window for 20 min, then asked to pull around and come in to keep traffic moving.
Ordered the bundle meal for my son. Over $10. They had no soda and offered no discount. They did offer a bottle of water but then said they didn't have that either. So, they asked if I wanted water from their fountain 🤣hell no I don't. I'll go back another day to get drink.
These people work very hard to get your orders correct, not like some more typical locations. You might have to put in a little extra effort to get their attention if there's something you need at the counter, but they WILL respond.
I normaly love all taco bells but yall did my home girl wrong my giving her a burrito with barley anything inside and didnt even put the rest of the items in the bag. And when we came back to get our missing items and they was super rude and didnt want to give us the items we purchased at first. Like they was mad at us for their mess up our order lol. The fudge. Lmao....
I love the new ordering. You can put whatever you like in your burritos or tacos. I eat plant based so I can edit out the items I don't want. They got it right too! According to their web page, their brand and guacamole are certified vegan. It was tasty and a lot less expensive than other options in the area.
