Usually this is my favorite location, I work on the hill. Foods always fresh and made right. Today, 8/12 there must be a new crew. There’s a young lady that that needs some customer service classes. Smile a little! She looked angry and hated her job. Also, they need to be trained properly to pay attention to the front and not only the drive thru. My food was over cooked and the atmosphere in there was horrible.

Service is a joke. Probably due to lack of employees. Typical taco food. No review on food necessary. If you go inside you are basically forced to put your own order in on the stupid tablet thing. I avoid fast food at all costs now. You should do the same IMO.

Update: I retract my previous review because I just went there and my crunch wraps were perfect. I’m glad I lied to myself about “never again”. Remember, sometimes it can just be a bad day at a spot. Used to be a great location but has gone downhill over the past few years. I decided to give it another try last night... big mistake. $5 wasted on a "crunch"-wrap with no crunch. The contents inside were so soggy and mushy that it was literally falling out of the tortilla as I attempted to eat it. It was too gross and messy to continue, so I just tossed it. Never again!

Went first thing in the morning for my co workers and myself. They just opened so had to pull up and when they bring my food have my order is not there and the other half was made incorrectly. No apologies or sincerity however I did demand they remake my while order.

There are trash people.. I want to make an order. I am there at 1:49pm noon. They say the restaurant will be closed now. Why do you say that? Some people go to buy and take the food.

Ordered via tablet. Apparently, it doesn't get recognized that an order has been made. Saw others with the same issue. 30 minutes from order to complete for "fast food". They did give me some coupons to compensate.

Went here yesterday for the new chicken tenders taco ( I know it's called something else) . Absolute obhorent, food was messy and unappetizing. The floor was wet in the dining area it had atleast 3 cups of standing water on the floor. Lastly the tables where filthy and ants where crawling everywhere.

Food was good had some issues little bit of go back and get the right items but they fixed it. The people working was good about fixing mistakes but still left me kinda irritated about me not reading the changes which I did 9 dang times. Maybe if they had a cashier and not a dang kiosk to order at. As I write this review I drop there score.
