The taco bell didn't have any regular taco meat. I also hate that they took down the overhead menus. Since I refuse to do the cashiers job for them without a discount. I have to explain to whoever comes to the counter that I will not use self order/checkout unless I get a discount. Then they have to go over the menu that is no longer posted before I can order. I can't go through the drive thru in a concrete truck so that's out. Like several of my coworkers I guess that even though I love taco bell I will be going to cook out from now own to avoid the hassle. Good job design team from taco bell you are driving away paying customers

I had a taco supreme combination and I liked the food. It was very reasonable in price. This location struck me as needing some cleaning. The floors and men's room were not really clean. Maybe they have cleaning crews at night and I saw a day of traffic when I came in after 5.

WE WILL NOT BE BACK ! No menu unless you use their giant ipads or use the drive thru. It's not more convenient, it's more inconvenient! No such thing as customer service anymore at this location. I guess next they will want us to make our own food too! I'll spend my money somewhere else where they have an actual menu board and a person to take my order !

I'm sorry, I haven't eaten there in years and just happened to need something late at night. The quesadilla was was just not good. It'll be a lot of years before I will be back again. Plus, you have to put in your order on the kiosk.

This has become my favorite Taco Bell location. I think I have gotten to know many of the workers even. I like that they are so nice and genuinely friendly.

Update again on 4/24/22. They have screwed our orders up the last two times we have gone. Today, we ordered the veggie nacho fries in the tray and were given a burrito instead. We went inside to get the order fixed and 15 minutes late they had made us ANOTHER burrito. We couldn't wait any longer and so we left and get home and find out we were given 2 steak burritos. We are vegetarian and can't eat them. And it wasn't because they were short staffed. There were 3 people in drive thru, 1 front cashier, and 4 people running the kitchen. Absolutely unacceptable. Last time, they left out 3 items and wouldn't answer the phone when we called. They literally let it ring through 3 times and on the 4th time calling they just left the phone off the hook. Updated again. We foolishly tried to patronize this location again. This time we were told at the order box "our system is down and we cannot take orders". So we told them we had a mobile order and the told us they could fulfill it. So we pulled around and got our order. We checked the order before leaving and we were missing an item. So my husband tries to get in and all the doors are locked. Some employee came to the door and said "we are closed due to our bathroom being out of order". Well we tell him we were missing an item and they offer to fix the issue. Well... 15 minutes later we finally get out replacement item. Absolutely insane! This place needs to close down until it gets enough component employees! When we went to leave, three employees decided to walk outside and smoke by the front door. I say fire them all and start anew. This location has always been good ... Up until today. We went to get lunch at 145 and they told us they were "out of food due to the lunch rush". I said that I had a mobile order and needed to have it cancelled and they told me to go inside. I went inside and no one was at the front counter, no one greeted me or the two customers in front of me. The drive thru girl was sweeping the line and playing on her cell phone. After 5 minutes I left and cancelled the order through the app. Absolutely unacceptable.

Mgr says order not in her system. My credit card was charged $18.91 in pending mode. Called my bank they said Albemarle store. I used the app. I will never use Pepsico and Taco Bell again. Considering class action suit

First being in the south how do you not have sweet tea. 2nd if I ask you for sweet tea don't give me unsweetened thats bull s#!÷. Then I had to use the kiosk cause no one would walk up to the counter. So I know I ordered exactly what I wanted and y'all still got ut wrong. 2 chicken and 1 steak chalupa. And I get a steak taco. Its 10pm so another hour before the dinning room closes.
