不要来。味道非常一般,价格高。还强制收18%的小费,强行给你推荐菜,嘴皮子耍得很溜。 Do NOT come!!! The special menu for Chinese is over-priced and the taste is just so so although they look good. Charge you 18% tips automatically but the service is really bad and they try to convince you to order their highly priced dishes. I wish I had read the reviews before I came.

Food was tasty enough. Service was quick enough. This was a fast, quick, convenient spot for my son and I to get a quick meal after a day at Arches. I say support them. The food could have been hotter. The host and order taker was in a wheel chair. That’s determination. I assume this is a family owned establishment. It was also kind of funny cause it seemed she was arguing with one of the men working there. Wasn’t my first choice but I would come back.

The restaurant is just delicious! Authentic Chinese. I don't know why this restaurant has many one star ratings. Maybe the service will be slower when it is busy hour. But the waiters are very nice when I visited there. If you are Chinese, you would be glad to have such a place to have some real dishes of Chinese food in a remote western town. I have three dinners straight here. 招牌豆腐,尖椒土豆丝很好。

So here's the thing. The place looks cleanish enough, but inside it has the smell of a place that hasn't been deep cleaned in years. The food is tolerable, but does not look anything like the picture on the menu and is certainly lacking the expected spice and flavor. My lemon chicken looked totally different than the photo on the menu, which had a different type of breading, more veggies, and colorful basil, lemon slices, and peppers. I have included photo from the menu and a picture of the actual food for comparison. I was lucky enough to have a decent waitress. I saw the woman (presumably the owner) in the wheelchair greeting and seating folks, but had no direct interaction with her. I made the choice to leave my leftovers behind (unheard of for me when paying for Chinese food)! I thought the price was high for the product I received. I was not overcharged, but the food did not look like what I expected and the smell of the place never really faded while I was there, so I was quite happy to get out of there.

Really descent Chinese food! Loved it! We had it for to go, they even gave us extra plates. Highly recommended! We do wait little for our food, but as long the food is delicious I am ok for little wait.

The food is good, but he automatically charged me 18% tip and 9.6% of tax 🙄what the hell? I ordered 7 dishes , but there are 8 dishes of money on there? WTH? The food is really good though, but won’t come back again. What is the $6 and $5? My Diet Coke worth $6?

BE AWARE of MANDATORY 18% tip on top of post-tax cost, and this is for service you really don't want to experience. The taste of food is just okay, not even close to good Szechuan food. I'm from Szechuan, and I would only rate the food at 2/10. They don't care about customers at all. We asked for rice more than three times and it finally came; we were still eating the last bites and the waitress already started to take away remaining dishes from us. Apparently they don't do business base on returning customers. Because of the service, we only wanted to give 15% tip, but the owner refused to adjust the tip and showed us the 18% tip rule that is written on menu. The owner said many Chinese do not pay tip so she added this rule a few years ago, and even said that we are the ones like those Chinese who don't want to give tips, and we are "losing face" for Chinese people. She was very rude to us and insulted us in the face! UNBELIEVABLE ! Very disappointed, and felt like been robbed...will never come here again.

CAUTION! DON'T come here! Four dishes for 100 dollars, and 9.6% tax. And I know the restaurant near by charge for 8.6%. I don't even think it is legal to charge tax as much as they want. After this you will force to pay 15% tips for terrible services. One star for not too bad foods and NICE Bathroom.
