Our first time there. We both had Fish plates. And for dessert we had Fried Dough ! 😍
My order was not at all as expected and was not offered a replacement while I was standing there. When I called back to clarify what I had ordered, it was suggested I drive back there and they would "see what they could do". Overall, a disappointing customer service experience. The sandwich was dry and flavorless. That's 2 bad experiences in a row after 2 good ones. Time to find a new place.
French fries were over cooked and onion rings were fried to a crisp. Hamburger was not medium rare it was well done. The rolls were cold and over cooked. We waited for 20min for the food to be served.
Staff is really nice and food is usually really good. But last 2 times the beef was either way over cooked or part raw and I'd like it if the cook would wear a mask and cook the fries all the way.
Second time there in three days. Was leary at first ordering fish in a roast beef place but the fish plate Friday night was great. Working near by again tonight ordered a haddock sub and rings. Another great meal fish was bigger than the roll all round satisfaction. Great food great service. The girl working the counter was polite and helpful . She should be an expediter in a high end restaurant. Pleased...and full
A good hometown diner. I had the Fat Chicken sub, made of chicken strips, fries and mozzarella sticks. Pretty good for $8 and I could only finish half. Also has hot and cold sandwiches, subs, burgers, gyros and salads.
Just ordered delivery. Got the upcharge for ordering curly fries but got regular fries. And my boyfriend and I both ordered chicken, both orders were undercooked. I insisted on supremes for food today and I wont be doing that again. Might as well have thrown 30 dollars in the trash. Gonna go make a sandwich now.
I'm a regular here and I have always had a great experience but the last 2 times I have gone were horrible. Messed up orders, food put together messy, food tasted sour and old, or was burnt. I think they have a new owner and I'm really sad because I used to love this place. :/ really dont recommend this place
