I really wanted to like this place, and it came highly recommended. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken combination that included chicken fried rice, egg roll and can of pop. We also ordered a side of two spring rolls. When we got to the car, I noticed the pop was missing so my husband went in and got it. When we arrived home, we discovered there was no sweet and sour sauce either ON the chicken or included in the bag. The chicken was hot, but it consisted of tiny pieces of chicken covered with a LOT of greasy batter. I had to remove the batter so there wasn't much to it. The egg roll was cool, soggy and oily. and what we think were the spring rolls (they were very small and three instead of two?) were the same way. They did not include napkins or utensils. We discovered later that condiments etc. are available but you have to know where they are. As first timers, which we mentioned when we arrived, it would have been nice to be told the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken was not actually included with our food. I am giving them two stars because they have a LOT of menu options, the food was ready on time, the fried rice was ok, the almond cookies were quite good, and it's a family owned business. However, there are other family owned Asian restaurants in the area that we like better...... but at least we tried.

My husband and I have ordered from SuperWok many times in the 9+ years we've lived in IGH. We got our order delivered and after opening the bag discovered our sweet and sour chicken was not in the bag. I called the restaurant immediately to let them know the error. The young woman I spoke to accused me of lying and claimed that they were certain it was in the bag. Needless to say, I was stunned by the accusation. Eventually, the woman said she would have another NEW order delivered (as if I received the original order). A while later, the delivery driver pulled into the driveway, but immediately backed out and left! I called the restaurant again and was told the driver "forgot" the new sweet and sour chicken!! I told the woman to cancel the order and credit us for the missing food. $11.50. And also said we will never be ordering from them again, she did not care. I know its hard for bussinesses to find good help, and many places are just happy to have someone with a pulse, but that was just ridiculous.

I ordered spicy chicken with rice, but I received something it tasted like sweet-and-sour chicken and I asked if I could buy something else and still keep what I paid for and they didn’t not seem to care. Pretty much the lady told me everything they sell has some kind of a sweet sauce, so I did not like this at all.

They have pineapple fried rice which is one of my favorite things I’ve ever eaten! Their sesame and orange chickens are really good as well and the spring rolls!

Delivery is always fast and the delivery person is so friendly! Every item we have tried has been delicious and warm when delivered.

Hot and spicy chicken tasted ok. Egg roll was old and unedible.

Used to be my go to Chinese food place. No more after tonight. I got home with my order, which I watched them pack up, the food was cold and old. Some of the meat tasted rancid. It's like they made this food during lunchtime and served it for dinner. 50 bucks for the meal for my family and most of it went into the garbage. It's a shame cause this place used to be great. My daughter said her school lunch Chinese food was better!

We love Superwok. We order from them all the time. The one time they forgot something. They made it right and delivered what they forgot and added doughnuts for the mistake.
