WONDERFUL place! The decoration and ambience inside is light and beautiful. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions, including veganism. Vegetarian dishes are marked by a green V, so do ask the waitress/waiter. Ours, Bora, was extremely helpful and friendly in explaining the ingredients of various dishes to make sure I understood what was vegan. The portions are of good size as well, so expect to bring home leftovers! We will definitely be back!
Saw the sign and decided to try something new and different. We are so glad we did!!!!! The employees were very kind and helpful! Our water glasses were never empty. Our appetizer and food was very good! I’d highly recommend everyone to come try Sultan’s!!! We would come regularly, but live about 13 hours away.
Fantastic break stop midway between Boston and NYC just off I-84. Service is very friendly and fast. Many vegetarian options too, especially appetizers. Last visit for lunch on a Sunday we ordered moussaka, cold appetizer platter, and zucchini fritters - comes with plenty of hot fresh delicious bread and everything arrived within 5 minutes. Portions are large, leftovers enough for another whole meal.
Enjoyed having my birthday lunch at this restaurant. Food was delicious and plentiful. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. Always filling up our glasses of water. I ordered the lunch special which came with lentil soup, side salad, rice and lamb. Food was great and affordable. Definitely will visit this restaurant again if in area.
Celebrated a family birthday here and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, food came out fast and fresh. Everything was very tasty
This was my first time at Sultans. It's been there for years. Always saw the sign on the highway but never thought of going in . Today we had a work meeting and this was our spot to meet for lunch. It's beautiful inside. We were greeted by 2 welcoming gentlemen. Very nice! Explained anything we had questions on, came to Our table multiple times with water, and started the table off with warm bread and butter! Menu is old and many choices to choose from. There are appetizers . Salads, kebabs and main dishes. There isn’t a lunch menu and the All You Can Eat Buffet is in the Evenings only . There are many Vegan And Gluten-free options available to choose from. I ordered Chicken Shish and Lamb Shish! Chicken was cooked to Perfection. Juicy, flavorful, and tender. Lamb was shaved so it was thinner . It needed sauce. I added the tzatziki sauce on it ( or similar sauce used) and it was perfect. Came with side of salad. It definitely was filling. I definitely would go back and try another dish. It's good to go with a group of friends or family to try different dishes and share apps. Great place!
The food is beyond delicious! Everyone was extremely attentive and so nice, the place on the inside was so nice and clean and lovely family atmosphere! I came here on our trip and I'm glad we did!
We had a four course full meal at Saltan today stating with soup, then appetizer and main entrée and finished with Turkish coffee and dessert. Every dish was delicious and very flavorful. The grilled meat- chicken, steak and lamb, all came out with right tenderness and tasty. The price was reasonable and the portion was big. The mixed grilled could easily feed two people. The service was superb. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. They filled my glass with tea multiple times without me asking. The location of the restaurant is very convenient, right off the R84 highway. It is spacious inside and the there are decent space between tables. There are large parking spaces outside. Highly recommend.
