Dear Subway Corporate Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your Subway locations. I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention for the sake of both customer satisfaction and food safety. To begin, my order, which was originally scheduled for completion by 5:40 PM, had not even been started on when I arrived. This delay forced me to wait until 6:00 PM to receive my order. However, the issues did not end there. Upon arriving at the location, my friends and I, who were planning a picnic with our families, immediately noticed something was wrong with our meals. First and foremost, my footlong sub (#99) contained significantly less ham than a regular sub. Furthermore, the lettuce in my sandwich tasted off, and upon closer inspection, it was evident that the lettuce was wilting and discolored. Concerned about the quality of the food, I asked my friend about her sub, and she reported similar issues. She particularly noted an overwhelming amount of mustard on her sub, despite requesting less mustard, and her lettuce also tasted off. In an attempt to address these concerns, I called the store and shared our experience with the person who answered the phone. He informed me that management was aware of cooling issues at the store, which were leading to problems with food quality, including the wilting and discoloration of lettuce. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that one would not be available until Monday. Fearing that the food was spoiled and unsafe to consume due to improper temperature control, I made the difficult decision to instruct the rest of my party to discard their meals to avoid any potential health risks. Considering the inedible and unsafe nature of the food we received, I am formally requesting a full refund for my order. This experience not only fell far short of the high-quality standards I associate with Subway but also raised serious concerns about food safety at this particular location. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution, being a refund in my order. I believe it is in the best interest of Subway and its valued customers to address these issues promptly to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence and safety. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

$13.79 for a 6in teriyaki chicken sub??? Lol I won’t be back.

Sep 18, 2022- The crew behind the counter helped the rush very well while we were there! Not only that they were friendly and made the sandwich's amazing. The service was quick and the place was clean. The guy on night shift was polite as well.

First off let me say I am a very repeat customer to thia location in Zebulon. But I must say that tonight was by far the worst service I have ever recieved. The person behind the counter just did not seem to want to be there or care about any vustomer that came in the door. While fixing my sandwiches put off the attitude of "Yeah Yeah What do You Want Now". She was slow and the way she made the sandwiches a 5 year old could do better. If she is working there when I come in next time I will deffinitly turn around and leave and go to DQ or BK instead. This exerpience ruined what I thought was a good sandwich shop.

Kat was my life saver! I ordered a meal for my daughter. Unbeknownst to me, I had a charge on my account making my card decline. I was so embarrassed! Kat was so kind; she charged my daughter's meal on a gift card so she can eat. Thank you Kat! I will never forget your generosity and kindness!

The manager is decent, employees are nice and provide quick service. Sandwiches can be kind of pricey if you don't know how to combine your order well, but it's pretty much the go-to sandwich shop in Zebulon. I don't mind getting a sub every once in a while from here. It's pretty spacious inside and it's pretty much like every other Subway I have been to.

My husband and I went in for 2 sandwish, finally when we got to the car to start lunch the sandwish if my husband was horribly prepared, the appearance of the sub was really disgusting, I entered and kindly spoke to the employee with large eyes and long eyelashes to request that he prepare a new sandwish for me and he was refusing until I got ready to take a photo and his wise response was to attack me by showing his middle finger and proceeding quickly and shouting to pretend to be confused about the aspects of preparing the sandwshi as if I She was ignorant and I do not know the standards in the preparation of all the sandwish, it is unfortunate that this happens to the detriment of the clients, instead of offering an apology and looking for a solution, she proceeded to return the money, it seems that her life is miserable and this transferring that to your job. This happened 20 min ago today May 18, 2021.

Highway robbery. The same sandwich combo I order at multiple locations is 4 dollars more here. 6” medium combo. $13.79. Not going back here again.
