The sub was really good only giving 2 stars because they wouldn’t let us add anything to our subs. I went online to see if you ordered online the same thing I was told you couldn’t add toppings to and it allows you to add items online. So either the lady didn’t want to be bothered by adding things or she was misinformed. Don’t order a series sandwhich if you want to add anything other then what they already put on it.

Walked in and there was a worker with a northern accent yelling at the other employee to come out the back. She was extremely rude when I asked for the ingredients on a tuna melt. I didn’t even feel comfortable with her making my food anymore, I apologized and said never mind. She then cursed at me and threw the sandwhich back in the warmer. I travel through here frequently for work & WILL NEVER eat here again!

Not that great this time. I can't remember who was making my sub, but she asked at least 4 times what I wanted on my sub. I thought she was asking me an odd question, but she pointed at her ear. She was on the phone. After she was finished with her call, she was much more attentive and the tasting sent from a 1 ⭐ to 3 ⭐⭐⭐.

Horrible horrible customer service. When we walked in the one person working was helping a customer, she looked up and rolled her eyes as she saw us. She then went down to the register didn’t say a single word to this man, he paid, said have a good day, she still said nothing and he left. We stood there as she slowly walked around, huffed and puffed because she was at work, walked in to the back, stood there and dried her hands for a good 3 minutes. All while not greeting us, no smile no eye contact ( besides the eye roll). I got mad waiting for what I knew was already horrible customer service and walked out telling her she could learn what customer service was. They then had someone run out to the parking lot after we had already got the fussy hungry baby back in the vehicle, as if we were coming back in to be treated poorly. We went to the subway at the next exit and had WONDERFUL customer service. Greeted, thanked, spoken to. Just drive the few miles to the next subway where they’ll acknowledge you. It’s more than worth it.

One of the worst Subways I've been to. When I walked in I had to wait for a long time then the lady asked me what I wanted by mumbling to me in a very disgruntled voice. She cut the bread for my footlong sub all Jagged and sideways so it was not even she put the meat on lopsided on heavy on one side. When they wrapped my sandwich they left part of the sandwich sticking out of the wrapper and just threw it in the bag. I asked for a large drink and chips when I went over to the fountain drink section there were no more large drink lids so I had to leave with no lid on my drink. Steer clear of this place they obviously don't care about quality.

NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I HAVE EVER GOT SUCH AN UGLY AND UNPLEASANT FOOD. “PLEASE NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY”

If I could give it no stars I would, I pulled up and two ladies were outside smoking cigarettes talking very loudly about their personal problems which hey we all have them so cool. Get inside and stand there for five minutes waiting while the one chick is enjoying her smloke break and the other employee I didn’t even know was there because she didn’t bother to say a word until she felt like it. Then to make things worse she approaches me like I’ve just completely inconvenienced her life and when I begin to give my order I wanted to say I wanted a bmt with no salami when she rudely cut me off to say no substitutions. That was my last straw and I chose not to eat there which I could tell totally made this woman’s day. I’ve worked fast food before so I tend to have mercy and be understanding but this behavior was just sorry. I hope those two ladies see this and take a bit of advice, if ya don’t like your job... FIND ANOTHER ONE!

Echoing what others have said the customer service is terrible here. I waited for a while with no employee in sight, left to use the restroom and when I came back the employee was rude, made the wrong sandwich and when I pointed out the significant error she looked right past me to start the next order. I guess she assumed I would be leaving without my sandwich.
