Drove 30 minutes to this location because it was the closest location offering the BOGO 1/2 off footlongs. When we got home, we couldn’t believe the lack of meat we had when we opened up our sandwiches. How is this allowed? We spent over $20 for sandwiches alone! This is unacceptable

I've gone here so often for the past year that I'm happy with the service, but the past two times I've ordered they forgot a cookie and then my drink.

Went to the drive thru at the subway on Gilmore ave, and got two of the same sandwiches one was completely fine and the other looked like this which is absolutely disgusting. This is completely unacceptable for a almost 10$ sandwich. I am not one to make a review but I truly will never go to this location again!!!!

Stopped for a quick bite with my kids on a weekend. Store was clean and not too busy. Staff was friendly and quick to take & make our order. Veggies were fresh and crisp, everything on the line looked in great condition. The gentleman who rang up the order threw in extra napkins for the kids, small gesture but this tired mama appreciated to not have to go back up and ask. Bathrooms were clean and accessible.

I needed my veggies cooked due to an allergy. I pushed the help button and was told they would talk to me at the counter. I then tried to call twice with no answer. When it was my turn at the counter, I asked if my sandwiches were done and explained that I had tried to contact them because of an allergy. I was told they were indeed already made and she said to enjoy my food. I explained I would not be able to eat mine and she just smiled.

Store SUB04775 First I got over charged and after I insisted my order came to $33 not $37 I got refunded.. then when I got to my destination with the 4 sandwiches I ordered none of them had cheese, 3 were supposed to be toasted but none were, AND the chicken bacon ranch sub had no ranch on it.. I called the store and the manager said she will not refund it, and requested our sandwiches back if we want new ones even though last time they messed it up they told me that they cannot except the sandwiches back and just offered new ones. I explained I’m bringing these to people on their lunch break and if I do that then they won’t get lunch. This was almost a $40 lunch and NONE of them were correct. I will not be coming back, this is our 3rd time here and each and every single time they have messed our order up.

They have their old menu options but subway also revamp their menu with newer choices which are healthier. The staff is very friendly and professional greeting you as you come through the door also very efficient at their job.
