Worst service in the area! Bad manners bad preperation bad service. They didnt even have napkins. And served raw cookies. That is a heated sandwich. Cheese is not melted.

This Subway is the worst Subway in the area. Terrible service! We ordered on line 30 minutes before we got there. Showed up 10 minutes after the arrival time to be told they hadn’t made it yet and it would be about 10 minutes. We only ordered 2 sandwiches and one was a Tuna! How hard is that to make? There was only 1 customer Inside and the girl at the window had the nerve to tell us there was only 2 employees working! How many people does it take to make a sandwich? Whatever person manages this place needs to reevaluate who they employee.

Drive thru needs a sign that says order at window that is permanent on the menu! I know to pull ahead to give my order but not everyone does. Is it my luck or does just 1 person work at this location? 2-3 people in lobby and me sitting and just watching everyone adding to the lobby get waited on first? I know they see people at the drive through too. I always shut down my vehicle as I know I'm in for a wait. 2 people would be nice when you have 2 different areas ordering! Not everyone has patience as in other reviews I have read. Also not running out of food at 5pm(ie... steak and cheese, tuna, HAM!) Quality service is the make or break for this area.

Showed up at 9:35 for three orders. Google says they CLOSE at 10pm. The girl told me the oven gets shut off at 9, and they aren’t able to toast or make pizzas. Doesn’t sound very convenient for anyone wanting food in between the hours of 9-10pm. It also didn’t help that she had an attitude about it like it was my problem. My coworkers and myself eat here often, we won’t be giving our business to this one anymore.

Unfortunately if I could give zero stars, I would. I hardly ever write reviews but I feel like this is important. I went there on a Monday evening and there was one young boy at the front counter. He kept scratching both sides of his head with his forearm while making sandwiches and honestly the only thing i could think of was a bug or dead skin would be falling all over my sandwich. It was very upsetting to watch as a customer. (I was actually waiting behind some other ladies so i had time to watch a while and make up my mind as to whether I was going to stay or not. This young man had no help so it took about 15 minutes for him to get two orders done and move on to the ladies in front of me. ) I have been to this Subway before about a year ago and witnessed the owner/manager belittling the employees and yelling at them in front of customers. I said I would not go back but I thought I might try it again. I was disappointed once more. So, back to the story: After watching this young man make sandwiches for a few minutes, he had to ring up one lady's order. He never took off his gloves to handle the register and never put on new gloves to start making sandwiches again. No manager to be seen giving any kind of instruction or watching over the store (of course no one yelling either, so I guess that might have been a plus). I will never go back to this store ever again and I honestly think if the health department came in, they would probably shut the place down, which in all actuality is what needs to happen. The bathrooms are unclean and the front counter looks like a tornado hit it and the sandwich maker has no help. It looked as though they are still out of everything just like before. This place has been horrible for years but people go there anyway because it's one of the few places to go in Westlake. People!!! - Please have some sort of standards or places like this will stay in business!!

so I went to this Subway in Westlake Louisiana two days in a row went through the drive-thru both days and not one person would answer me to take my order. Both days I ended up leaving without ordering and when I passed the drive-through window there are four people standing at the register laughing and cutting up and carrying on. And believe me there was one car in the parking lot so it's not like they were busy.

Today we experienced something very gross. Me and a coworker went to go an get a sandwich today but decided to leave after what we saw. The lady taking the orders did not have anything holding her hair back it was all in her face while making sandwiches. Then she went and grabbed a container of grilled chicken had gloves on then when she put it down scratched her face with the gloves and proceeded to make the sandwich for the customer.

We got there at 8:04 am. Place opens at 8 am. The lady ignored u for 5 min. When we came in. We had to wait 20 minutes for the oven to heat up. Nothing was prepared and ready to go for costumers to come in. She had to prep the stations to place our order . Over all 30 min to fix 2 sandwiches and we were the only ones there. Usually there Is another man there thst is very friendly and is ready to go.
