User Reviews

Not really sure what all these Karens are talking about with their reviews. This is the only Subway we will go to. We go here before every Brewers game when we aren’t grilling. Every single time our subs are made well and taste great. When we ask for extra of something they give us extra, we ask for light of something they give us light. Great subs and experience every time.

Employees were nice and that’s why I’m giving two stars. Unfortunately, it was too hot in there and they were forced to sweat all over food, and no one trained them not to mix mayonnaise-covered gloves with vegetables (and then not changing gloves for next order), and the location was out of many products - including provolone. I should’ve left without ordering. Took one bite out of my rotisserie chicken, the ranch had a funky aftertaste, and I tossed the sandwich to avoid listeria or food poisoning.

This was my first time ever having a bad experience with employee. A young man was extremely rude and got mad n arguing with me because he had my cheese in the same hand with toaster handle n when I ask him about he left my sub in the toaster to where the bread turned black. I told him I wasnt eating that. Even other customers were shock at how he was treating me.Thankfully another employee step in and they gave me my sub free. The veggies sometimes look slimey and the glass is always really nasty. They also are very lazy when making subs n just throw it on the wrapper where half ur sub is in the paper. It really depends on which employees are working but as of now I do not like this subway anymore and will not be going back.

I went there at 4:45 to grab a sub for my daughter. We were told a 45 minute wait due to online orders. Four other cars were turned away at the same time. That is a horrible business model to not allow in person orders.

Order was incorrect for one sub not a huge deal mistakes are made and was able to just remove the peppers. But the wrap for my sister was so soggy it litterly was mush and falling apart.

This place was nasty very dirty also they had a child there making all these noise n Destroying the property using the booth as a Punching bag!!!!! Never going back there...

The bread hard and old a day old bread. Not fleshing slice meats pre pack I know. It’s been yrs I’ve gone to subway, for what disappointed I will not return to this Subway again it sucks. Years ago that was my go to subway now it’s pass by and keep my money not worth.

not prepared well. They are nice, and its a subway, but need better sandwich making training to maintain quality. I switched to this one, since the other subway also has bad sandwich prep. its the morning shifts. Sarah is fine, but morning hires are not competent. EDIT: Returned again this morning. Didn't use any paper just sandwich straight onto counter. didn't cut my sandwich, talked to coworker entire time. had to ask for standard amounts of veggies to be put on instead of just random amounts in spots.
