This is a review for the subway in Waupun, wisconsin. They offer no fountain drinks. The owner is incredibly rude. She doesn’t allow coupons on sandwiches when all other subways DO allow and happily accept these coupons. Everything is so high in prices now days as it is. She is clearly trying to save a buck for her store. She is very unprofessional by emailing at midnight after my husband reported his issue to corporate. It is sad because I grew up on subway and now I will never go to the one in Waupun again and my family and friends also have had issues with this owner. It’s ridiculous. Wish they were owned by someone who actually cared.
This is what you get for a steak and cheese sub with extra pickles and mayo. (yeah I know I'm a simple sandwich guy.) But you'd still think there would be more to it. Oh yeah there would be if they even added the pickles or the mayo. The sandwich is literally so empty that you can see where they squeezed the bottom of the bun up into the sandwich just to give it some sort of thickness. My wife asked if they at least remembered the cheese, and I honestly had to reply, "I think they did". and her reply was that's really a lousy sandwich that you couldn't even remember tasting the cheese, that is if they even remembered to add it.Flashbacks to "where's the beef" come to mind. It's a rather pathetic sandwich when the bun overpowers any of the ingredients that the staff decided to put into it, (would of possibly been better if they put all the ingredients in that were ordered). All together between the staff, end product and price If it were possible to give a negative I would. Spend the extra 2 minutes to go across the street, to one of the other fast food places.
Paid for a large drink then I was told the fountain only had root beer not the end of the world but still very irritating
The employees are great, kind and friendly! Quick service and cheap subs. You get what you pay for.

Excellent quality, fast service, convenient drive thru, and the service is always great.
They're pretty consistent but I just ordered from them and they have become very lazy at the orders. I ordered 3 sandwiches (2 Flatbread, 1 Italian herb and cheese) and they mismatched all the ingredients across all sandwiches. I was pretty irritated at first and was confused as to how you mess all 3 sandwiches up so immensely. For now a 2 star is reasonable for such lack of effort into customer orders. Other than that cool staff and clean store.
