I am not a big fan, but occasionally have a Subway sandwich for lunch using the drive through window. Being frugal, I always calculate the totals with sales tax. Quite often, I have discovered the drive through clerks give you a total much higher than it should be. I challenge them on the total and they correct the amount due. When overcharging you, they will not supply a receipt. The cash registers used today calculate the total with sales tax and the amount of change you are supposed to receive. It has happened so frequently, it appears these drive through window clerks are trying to pocket the difference. Has this happened to you?

Waited in line longer than I should have. Made a simple order with the staff came to scanning for rewards and paying for my meal and was told “the Wi-Fi was down“. When I asked how would I get my rewards? [as I am a frequent customer to Subway] I was told they didn’t know staff member called the manager who when I repeated the question. They shrug their shoulders and said they have no Internet and all sales were cash only. No signage on the front door. No notification to the customer. When making the order. The manager got snotty when I asked, how would I be able to pay as I only use contactless payment wasting 20 minutes of my busy schedule. I certainly hope the owner reads this as an opportunity to teach staff the importance of customer service A sign on the front door, or staff simply mentioning they could only take cash would have avoided this very poor experience. There are much better options out there.

LOVE HOW I PAY EXTRA FOR GUACAMOLE AND THERE ISNT ANY ON MY SANDWHICH/WRAP. THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE-HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY : (

I’ll always have a great experience, but tonight not so much. Customer service was not friendly. A friendly smile and a better attitude goes a long way Victoria.

I have been to this location twice so far. The first time I went in to pick up several subs that I had ordered on the app and I was very pleased overall with the food and the friendly employees. The second time was a late afternoon when I was by myself and so I just went through the drive-thru window. The employee working the window wasn't outright rude, but she also wasn't polite. She basically just grabbed my payment and then shoved the sandwich out the window without saying a single word to me. I actually was in the middle of saying, "Thank you, have a nice day," when she shut the window. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she was just spacing out. She didn't seem mad, just more like she gave zero cares about the job. All of that aside, I was disappointed when I bit into my sandwich and realized that the amount of steak I was given was about half of what is normal at other Subway locations. For that reason alone, I probably would avoid this particular store unless I was planning to get one of the cheaper subs on the menu.

I Love Subway!! It always smells Soooooo Good when you walk in and the subs are the Best, you know you are getting a healthy sub with all the vegetables they offer. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they get it done quickly and you are out of there!!! 😄🤗

Getting really skimpy on the steak and cheese sub. Other half was even worse! Pay more for less I suppose.
