I usually loved this place. Today I decided to go through the drive thru, which was a mistake. Upon trying to pay, I gave them my debit card, they came back three times saying my bank was declining. I ended up calling my bank only to be told that nothing was even going through to the bank, therefore something going on with their machine inside. Keep in mind , it’s been around 10 -15 min at this point. It’s 100 degrees outside and my car has no AC, just wanted to make a quick trip for lunch. Upon letting the employee know that the problem was most likely with the machine inside, she looked at me confused , then said “okay well, I’ll try to swipe it instead?” As if asking me . I said whatever needs to be done do it as it’s not my card. A few minutes later another employee comes up to the window and lets me know that the machine disconnected from the internet, therefore resulting in it not working, I had to wait for it to turn back on so they could charge me. I was okay with it, but by this point I was very visibly sweating, and a little frustrated. Mind you I was never rude not once even with my annoyance and them knowing it was their fault and not apologizing either, because I know it’s not their fault my car doesn’t have AC, but I would’ve loved some sense of urgency, especially being close to 15 minutes in the sun at this point. After a few more minutes, she gave me my card and receipt. I looked at her confused , where’s my sandwich? She says they were barely making it. It’s been 20 minutes of me waiting here, and your barely making my sandwich? I was fuming for sure. Now I am pregnant so I do everything to have a good attitude as I don’t want to be mean. I know it shouldn’t be expected, but I at least hoped they would ask me if I wanted a free cookie or something even a coupon for my next sandwich since I was sitting there waiting for over 20 minutes for something that was not my fault. But nope. She brought me my sandwich, said have a nice day, and left. I tried to see the positive through it, at least I received my sandwich. But the customer service was really unorganized, seemed like they didn’t care that it was their fault, and never offered anything to apologize. Will definitely be avoiding this subway and will let anyone know around me that the service sucks.

I love Subways. I had to go in there ( stop by on a long distance drive) . Very rude service employee, all ingredients, salad items looked like from day before. I asked him to check if he had any fresh items in the refrigerator but he ignored me. Please look for another subway nearby not this one.

I stopped by Subway for a protein bowl. The protein portions here are so tiny compared to other subways that I always pay for double meat, as my protein portions are based on regular portion sizes. The gentleman began to prepare my bowl, the whole time sniffling (yuck). Then a lady (maybe a manager) comes behind him as he is preparing to chop my bowl and tells him that because he is chopping my bowl, it's a salad and only gets one portion of meat. She then takes away the meat that I asked for. I told her I asked for double meat to which she says "oh" and throws it back on the counter. The gentleman helping me finishes my bowl and I go to pay. The rude lady is back who tells me that for "future" I cannot get double meat for a protein bowl. However, I can pay for double meat online in a bowl? What's the difference?? And their wall says something along the lines of [our ingredients, your way]... this is clearly not the case. If I am paying for extra meat, what's the big deal? It's not like I asked for it for free. The rude lady who butted in to making my meal probably should have asked me questions instead of assuming and REALLY needs to work on her attitude. I will not be back to this location. This stores ingredients are always disgusting from bread in bags to wilted lettuce as well as the terribly small portions and horrible service. This store needs a complete overhaul with training. Get it together and let me pay extra for my meal the way I want. Also, don't speak to me as if $12 is going to break the bank because I asked for something so out of this world by paying for double meat and asking to chop my protein bowl.

While waiting for my food. I noticed one of the workers making a salad getting ready to put croutons on and he opened the package with his teeth.I am sorry but that is disgusting. The croutons are going right over the spit where he opened it with his teeth

I really enjoy Subway. The consistency is good. Food is always good. Service might be a little shaky from location to location but always a good meal.

We ordered ahead for lunch online. When we got to the store (10-15 min later) they were "still working" on our order. They had not started our order. We ordered 2 Turkey Cali footlong sandwiches. As described in app no modification. We waited in store another 15 minutes and finally received our order. Our sandwiches did not have avavado and service was not friendly. While we waited I noticed a customer at the drive thru window sitting ignored for several minutes while his completed order sat on the counter next to the register. The sandwich did taste good (that earned the 2nd star) but it is not what I ordered. Lunch for 2 - two sandwiches only no drink no chips no cookie with a buy one get one half off discount was $22! That is too much!! Plus you should be able to run to Subway and eat a sandwich on your 30 min lunch break. Today I was late returning to work.

Freshest fast food, love it! although they need more staff, there are usually only 1 or 2 workers on shift and their service in Wagoner is really slow at night. Daytime is much quicker. Inside is nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean. My husband and I ordered the black forest ham sub with tons of veggies which were all fresh, crisp and delicious. We both liked ours and will eat here again.

The chicken teriyaki salad was so delicious!! I will definitely get this again!!
