Update 12:15 Thursday June 1, 2023. It was fairly busy. 3 artists working on orders. One artist who is often loud, was not pleasant at all. I've experienced this same person with this same attitude before. This time, she rudely told 2 customers that their talking was distracting her. These customers were just having a normal conversation in a foreign language. Apparently, per the reviews, I'm not the only one who has issues with this! After witnessing this, I walked out. I won't be back! The building was clean and bright. Parking is tight.

Simone is a fantastic sandwich artist! She took the time to make the sandwiches I order beautiful and exactly how I ordered them! Such a joy to talk to while she made my sandwiches! Check her out! She is the epitome of great customer service! Kudos to her manager that trained her perfectly on how to make a perfect sandwich!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! We were driving through town stopped to get subs. Brittany was fantastic!! She was there alone. We had 8 people, she was calm even after 6 more customers walked in while she was making ours(perfectly)! She definitely deserves recognition for being an outstanding employee! THANK YOU!!⭐✨

Had 5.99 coupon charged me 7.99 because avocado come on the mexicali sub which you aren't allowed to use on the 5.99 coupon subway is ridiculous on this the 1 in pilot allowed me to do it they aren't open because of water break from cold oh well and very slow too by the time got to me omg wow

Food was alright. Placed order for incorrect time and called not even 5 minutes later to see if it could be changed to another time. Note: I did not demand a time change I requested if it was possible. Lady on the phone was rude and unfriendly about the situation. Very unprofessional and I am unlikely to order again unless anyone in my family is really wanting subs. (I personally won't be ordering) Learned that the subs would be cold and made 15-20 minutes earlier in the first place. Normally they come hot-warm, but this time they were cold (had them toasted).

One of the worst experiences I've had yet. I eat subway 2-3 times a week, normally at the one at the local pilot...however I used the app today and it went work for the pilot store. I ordered my usual and when I walked in they said they were out of pepperoni so they didn't make it until they consulted with me (fair enough) I told them I'd take ham instead of the pepperoni, and they just put the ham with no salami, (spicy italian) I even brought it up and was told that I changed my order to ham. (Inhad mentioned sub ham instead of pepperoni). She pretty much started over and ignored what I had ordered on my app, asking what I wanted on it. Once again, I told her what I ordered on the app is what I wanted. There was 2 other girls in there... I'm assuming they were her friends because they scurried back to their seats when I walked in and weren't eating or drinking anything from the store. It just made me feel less than important and it was the worst Subway experience I've had yet... I've always have had bad service at this location and poor quality subs. Which is why I like going to the other one. Unfortunately like I said before the app doesn't apply to that store so i guess I'll quit using it and forget about any reward points. Also I don't complain much nor ever leave bad reviews, this experience was just so unsatisfying I had to say something. I didn't even eat the whole sub it was terrible.

I asked for a little bit of oil and vinegar. Even after telling the lady "that's good", she continued to add more vinegar. I couldn't even eat the sub but I couldn't turn around to have her redo it since I live about 45 minutes away.
