Every time I order a Mexicali/cali fresh online, they ALWAYS forget the avocado and most times they forget the cheese. I’ve ordered it like 3 or 4 times. The first time they gave me a refund. After that, they didn’t even respond to my emails. It’s printed clear as day on the receipt, so I know it’s not a machine malfunctioning. I’m really confused, I’m not trying to get free food or upset people. I just want what I paid for… The other sandwiches I get are usually fine. Sometimes they swap the breads or something, whatever. But CONSISTENTLY not getting the expensive a$$ avocado mush I paid for is really annoying and frustrating.

Sister asked to have her sandwich toasted and they said they couldn’t because it had vegetables in it. She asked if she could have it made again and they snatched it from her and threw it in the trash while yelling at her which made her cry as she already has social anxiety. We told them that wasn’t okay to treat customers like that way and they said they’d call the police on us??? We even gave them a tip because we payed before the sandwich was fully made which I now obviously regret. (To be fair this happened exactly one year ago I just remembered to review the place)

Worst place to get lunch first of all most of the employees have long but no hair nets on and then going through the drive through took more than 15 minutes to actually get to the main window. And got our sandwich which was a completely different order how hard is it to make an all American sandwich and endup with a roast beef sandwich extra onions they need to go back to sandwich making 101 SMH well never go there again

Did a door dash order last night and we just ended up going in and getting it. No one even double checked if we were DoorDash. Then when we got back to our hotel we noticed we didn’t have some stuff we ordered. We called and the girl who answered was very rude when we asked her for her name and she started saying she didn’t have to give her name. She said we would have to contact DoorDash 😂😂 DoorDash didn’t even get our order because we literally waited 1hr for our food to be delivered. We ended up going in and getting it ourselves. Just over all very rude costumer service on her part. (Still never got a name) 0 stars. Get a new job if you can’t handle yours.

Very unpleasant visit it was a mess the selection bar was very messy. The two people Working we're very unprofessional they were cussing. Says store closes at 10 but it's only 9:15 and the signs already off.

Horrible experience at this Taos Location!!! This bully manager making one of the employees humiliated in the dinning room in front of our family while dining in. How completely unprofessional. I even asked him why he was doing this and he flipped me and my husband off. Horrible management for sure!!

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. This was a story I heard today The district manager fired a homless kid because he had a hickey and no band aid. She said subway did not have one (what kind of low grade restaurant doesn't have a first aid kit) what an unbelievably harsh woman with no compassion for those less fortunate. She is also making him wait around outside in fridged temperatures to get his check because she doesn't want him in her presence. Has to wait until she leaves because maybe she is racist againt hispanics or maybe bias against homless so she doesn't have to look at him....absolutely horrific treatment of others. As much money as we spend in Taos this will not be a place I will ever go again. Absolutely disgusting district manager so yeah I will avoid Subway all together and put this review on every social media i have. Also tried to help said kid cash check...remember homless kid no bank account the district manager in link below hung up on me and did not offer any way to help him get paid for 2 weeks of work.

The female employee behind the counter was attentive and kept a positive attitude while taking my order, but everything else about our visit here wasn't so great. The tables were all messy from previous customers, the guy at the register seemed inattentive and I had to ask for utensils three times before he tossed it on the counter, and my boyfriend found a hair in his tuna sandwich.
