Terrible customer service!!! Employee named Jade is the worst one there! She is always rude, very unfriendly and unprofessional. I walked in to the store today, and she made an eye contact with me while standing by the refrigerator and walked away behind the wall. I waited, and waited, and waited…. I shouted “Is anyone here?” She walked out stating that she did not see me, and after I said “great customer service” she responded with “yep”. Employees named Blake and Scarlet are excellent by the way!! Never had any problems with them Always very respectful, professional and very friendly!

The works are clueless and need more training! Asked 3 times for something and they ignore the question. Their pop Machine never works. Always out of order every time I go

Would give this place 0 starts if I could. They are always so busy not enough help. Just had an issue being overcharged all the snotty young chick had to say was there's nothing I can do as rudely as she could. I asked to speak to the manager and she got upset but they called and again was told nothing we can do. Paying almost $30 for 2 subs thanks to their mistake. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning and will never go to that Subway again !!!

I don’t go to this Subway often, but when I do, it reminds me of why I don’t. When someone orders less sauce (online order) that means less than usual not more than usual…there’s so much sauce the bread is soggy and I could eat this sandwich with a spoon. My advice, if you can help it, eat at the Subway in Oakdale.

Irritating, I had ordered a ft long meatball sub on the flat bread and I got white bread😡. Absolutely unprofessional and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. I want a refund

We got 2 sandwiches. One server was pleasant and the other was very "snarky." We purchased 2 meals however I believe we were charged individually for each item. $22.00 was a little excessive for two sandwich meals. I plan to check with corporate to see if what we were charged was correct. In addition, this is the first Subway where we didn't get a bag to carry our items out! Not on us to have to ask and get a "huff" when we do ask for something. Overall not a pleasant visit. Should've went to Jersey Mike's!!

UNVAXED & UNMASKED. Overheard 2 employees talking with a customer about how they weren't vaccinated and sharing vaccine misinformation. One employee even said "If we have to wear masks, then I'll wear a mask, but I'm not getting that shot." Of course if you aren't vaccinated, you ARE supposed to be wearing a mask, and none of them were.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. As for the food, well, it is your typical subway, nothing special with the food. Also, it does get pretty busy during lunch time, but I have never waited more than about 8 minutes for my sub.
