Hot dogs? Expensive *exclusive* sandwiches? That's not supposed to be Subway! I don't like the changes. I always have adored Subway for having so many healthy options that we're affordable. I feel like I've lost a good friend that I've known for 20 years. Sorrow.

Dirty, unsanitary, and disgusting. I’ll never go back. When I walked to the counter the large red headed male with a beard wiped his nose with his bare hands and then reached for tissue paper to prepare a sandwich on. After placing the contaminated tissue paper on the sandwich line he put plastic gloves on his hands then reaches into his pocket, grabs his cell phone, and starts talking on his phone. He then proceeds to prepare a sandwich with the same plastic gloves that were in his pocket and on his cell phone and puts bread on the tissue paper that he grabbed after rubbing his nose. Luckily a different worker came out to prepare my food, but after seeing the complete lack of sanitary food handling by the red headed man I wanted nothing to do with the place. I bought a kids meal that I threw away. The slender brunette male that helped me washed his hands before assisting me and didn’t touch anything but food with his gloved hands. I’m assuming that all of the food prepared by the large red headed man was done in a very unsanitary manner. The soda machine had 3 sodas ‘out of order’ and the lemonade that was “working” was essentially lemon water. The only words I can think of to describe this place: dirty, unsanitary, and disgusting.

The food and restaurant quality was as to be expected from a Subway shop. However, there was a line of at least 9 people and only one employee. The young man, named Isaac, did wonderfully. He was calm and polite, multitasking the best he could. Everyone was taken care of correctly and behind the glass everything stayed orderly. Great job Isaac! Management needs to recognize this, as well as hiring more employees! It was Saturday at lunch in the winter. A given for busy in Steamboat Springs.

This was at a gas station in Steamboat. Manager decided not to show up, and the poor employee (one) was just overwhelmed. The drink dispenser did not work at all, so the gal gave us a couple bottled Cokes, which we gave away to the next couple that was trying to use the machine. The manager should be fired. Oh, and the meatballs on our sandwiches (that sandwich on "special" were burnt to a crisp. The worse Subway meal I've ever had. As I said, the manager left this one employee to us wolves, with broken machines and burning ingredients.

ZERO STARS: You should be EMBARRASSED as a company to have people working for you who show up to work in DIRTY CLOTHES!😷 Wheres their UNIFORMS!??? I've NEVER been to a Subway in ANY PART of the world where the employees aren't in uniform!.....You even have people making sandwiches in their SWEATERS! I had to have a woman roll up her sweater, change my bread and her gloves because her FILTHY SWEATER was dragging on bread! And she was MAD about it!😲 To makes matters WORSE, I've run into this same problem with this SAME employee TWICE!..Also some of your employees aren't knowledgeable about how to proceess a coupon.😧 Who's training these people!? Better yet who interviewed them!😒👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I had to wait until the guy got off his phone to offer to help and then he was annoyed that I was actually ordering a sandwich. I didn't realize Subway had stopped offering sliced cheddar so he let me know how dumb I was by asking me if I was sure of what I wanted. 👎🏻

WORST SUBWAY IN AMERICA!!! You will get a much cheaper, more satisfying, less frustrating, meal buying a week old prepackaged sandwich from the grab and go deli in the gas station this SUBWAY is attached to. I don't even want to waste anymore of my time explaining my many terrible experiences at this location. Avoid this $#&thole!!!

Gave this place another try. Still bad.... sandwich maker was horrible. She made a mess of the sandwich and I expressed it to her. Her reply was "get this lady extra napkins"....unbelievable. I wont be going back and I strongly suggest you dont either!
