I ordered two subs online to be ready by 5:45 pm. I get to the store and they hadn't even begun to make it at 5:48 pm. 3 people here weren't that busy. And on top of that their hair wasn't covered. Then while I was waiting another online order came in and they finished that one before even starting on mine. Finally got outta there at 6:08 pm

Why is subway close? Workers prepareing sandwichs for themself and want serve customers. What is going own at the Subway in St. George. The store is open why can't i get serves. Employers turning cusomers away. Need to close store!!!!!

The girl working in the subway, made me wait about 10 minutes before she decided to stop talking to the gas station employee. Finally comes over to make my sub, is very rude, and makes my whole sub then tells me she can’t cut it because there’s no clean knifes. Poor service, lazy workers, and rude. Don’t be mad at me because you work at subway attached to a gas station.

I'm done with the St. George Subway. The customer service is inferior in every way. Went to buy 2 sandwiches and walked out with nothing. They act like it's such a chore to come to the front and help you. Apparently the conversation in the back room was more interesting. I know they saw me . After 3 minutes he came out with a surly attitude . I told him never mind I would go someplace that understood customer service.

I’m not sure if it’s an issue of getting/keeping employees or what but lately, it’s always “close” (as the sign reads). I’ve been in there, gotten my sandwich and watched them shut down and it’s still afternoon. Don’t do online orders here as you’ll end up like I did, hungry and having already paid on the app just to get there and see they aren’t there.

I ordered over $50 worth of sandwiches for my family. We were traveling and it was an easy option to take to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel I was missing a foot long which was dinner for 2 of my grandsons. I ended up going to McDonald's to get the 2 of them something to eat. I filled out the survey and received a apology response from the manager. The least I expected was for her to offer to refund the money for the sandwich I didn't receive. I'm glad I don't live in the area and never have to visit this subway again.

Staff was awful, quality of ingredients was worse and price was wildly higher than I remember. It's been a while since I've visited a Subway, but clearly inflation hit their prices hard - not worth it at all!

Absolutely horrible service. The employees are all high out of their minds and provide slow -5 star service, very rude as well (guess it’s the drugs). My experience was embarrassing. Never going back here. Highly recommend everyone go somewhere else.
